I forgot an expensive watch I brought as a gift. I was leaving and the security guard stopped me to let me know I had forgotten something in my room. They asked if they had permission to touch it and bring it down or if I wanted to go myself to retrieve it. They brought it down to the basement for me.

Outstanding hotel, super clean, wonderful gym, great staff, big modern rooms, next door to a great park. Their breakfast buffet is out of this world

The only issue I have the hotel is that since the day that I arrived until now that it’s been over five or six days, they overcharged my account without authorization, and I still haven’t gotten my money back. I fell with Expedia and also with the hotel and they’re just playing fool

Front desk lady when I got there was great. Restaurant service need to improve. Menu has to improve. Restaurant staff need to improve. The plates are too small for what you pay and they charge you for any little extras. They need more variety of beers. I only ate there because I was exhausted to go out but the rest was great
