El cuarto lo entregaron hasta las 5 pm porque lo estaban reparando, sin embargo nos dejaron entrar a guardar nuestro equipaje hasta que lo tuvieron listo para entrar. Sin embargo nos compensaron esas dos horas dejándonos el cuarto dos horas extras el próximo día. La taza del baño no tenía la tapa, la cama no era cómoda, el elevador no funcionaba bien y el personal nos prestó muy buena atención.

Night staff was rude Ac made noises and didn’t let me sleep. When I called to tell them they came and told me it was fine ave didn’t want to give me another room.

This is a terribly maintained property Dirty, doesn’t look at all as you depict it in your website It’s not on the beach as it seems to be It’s deceiving

Bed lining was stained and dirty. Location is ideal as not far from most things.

Not what I expected

The locations was in the middle of acapulco bay, exactly in front of El Amigo Miguel, my favorite seafood restaurant. There was no parking so I had to park in the street. The bath towels were old and loose edges on all towels. The bathroom had a stench that would come out of the drain so we would have to cover. And the pillows were overwhelming big, I had a stiff neck every morning. The hotel is clean, restaurant had good service and when I need ice in the lobby the would always provide.

Bad experience would never return again.

Had a great stay

The AC did not work in my room. It just blew hot air. I was told this is normal, but no it’s not. I know what AC is supposed to feel like and it’s not supposed to feel like an army of old people blowing hot mouth air in my face.

Very comfortable. Will stay again.

Rates are haight for that kind of property, the rooms furniture needs a lot improvement .

Excellent staff!! Pool area was clean and plenty of space for loungers.

The service is no good

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the beach, does not have restaurant but in front of the hotel on the beach there are many good restaurants. What we did not like the most is the lack of a fridge in the room. Our room had the small of sewer in the bathroom, probably coming from the shower drain

My stay was comfortable. Ive stayed ay this hotel many times. The only issue is the wifi is non existence so if you're traveling for work and need wifi you wont have any luck. But i would stay here again

The location is perfect.

Everything was fantastic - frieny and helpful staff and modern facilities. Highly recommend you stay here
