Room and facilities are clean. Just the daytime reception staff should be trained in customer service. She came at us a bit aggressively when we asked to change rooms due to the aircon noise. She started shouting about how it's the restaurant at the back making noises. 1. We didn't hear any noise from the restaurant during our 2-night stay and 2. If there are noises from neighboring houses, they should improve their sound insulation instead of shouting about people celebrating, which is what people go to restaurants for.

Super cozy. You can sleep very soundly. It's comfortable to bring a baby here. It would be better if you got the complimentary items on the 2nd day too; And the canteen is active again.

The location is in a calm area and close to restaurants, even a very short distance to Starbucks and 24 hours Burger King. Cozy Guest House is my go to place in Malang always. Keep it up!

The guest house is very clean, the amenities are pretty good (not enough hotel slippers), a strategic environment near the restaurant & cafe area, the quality of the linen is also good, the room is not stuffy. Highly recommended for people who are looking for budget-friendly accommodation in the center of Malang, suitable for all types of travelers.
