Good amenities. Soneone moved my Natl Brasil soccer team hoodie under tge sink, hoping i wouldn't check. Then snag ince i checked out. Had to go INTO my luggage to attempt this, mind you. I found it.

Apartment was ok a few things did not work but they got fixed. all was ok until the day before check out when I got a message about electricity payment. even though everything had been paid in advance which seemed a bit strange. also Gold benefits where not given. Hotels.com shows incorrect information regarding "Free toiletries" one tiny bottle was given. also the apartment that was booked was not given.

Reserved a room with 3 beds and got a room with 2 beds plus a mattress for the floor (no sheets). Breakfast was supposed to be included but reception had no record of it. Being Anglophone, I had to ask a Brazilian friend to call management and argue with them. Will not be returning.

Apartment ok but one of the toilets lacked a toilet seat - odd for the kind of place being offered. Lifts are not enough for number of apartments and people - be prepared to wait a long time to go anywhere.

I had an amazing stay at VIP Beira Mar. The staff was really helpful speaking 3 languages and the apartment was very comfortable and clean with housekeeping option every day. I highly recommend this place whose location is perfect 2 mins away from the beach.

Great location a few steps from the beach, very clean, quiet, comfortable. It makes you feel at home, I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Fortaleza.

Great location. Close to the beach, secure, good staff. Pool was great, varanda or balcony was excellent for sunset. Hamaca Was convenient for a romantic setting.

These are apartments that are rented out like a hotel reservation. We have stayed here many times. Always fast and easy to check-in and check-out. Nice apartments, with a great complex of swimming pools. In a safe area near the main Fortaleza beach.

The hotel is in between the nightlife area and (a little further) the beira mar strip. The service was great, we got extra towels when we needed it badly eventhough we had to pay for it. The downside was that the multiple rooms we had reserved were quite spreaded out through the buildings.

We have stayed in these apartments before, and they are normally excellent. We happened to get apartment 306 in Tower 1 this time, and the lighting was very poor in the kitchen and dining area. We reported this, but were told that one of the main ceiling lights over this area was only for emergency use, and could not be activated otherwise. Seemed strange to us. We will stay here again, but avoid apartment 306 in Tower 1! Otherwise clean, relatively spacious, quiet, and great swimming pools.

This is not a hotel, but an apartment you rent. They clean it daily, and towels and linens are all provided. A fully equipped kitchen is included, with a full size refrigerator. Check-in was quick and efficient, with this property's front desk. Not like a hotel lobby, but just a simple check-in and check-out procedure. Your thumb print is then used for access to get in the building complex when you have been out. If you want a full service hotel, this is not for you. But if you want a quiet, clean apartment, in a good area, with multiple swimming pools, this is perfect. We loved it, and will stay here again on future trips to Fortaleza.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay. We were able to cook a huge meal for 7 and was able to use all the cooking supplies. We will stay here again when back visiting her family.

O restaurate tem qualidade muito Boa, tanto em termos de opções de cardápio como em termos de atendimento. Otimas instalacoes incluindo a Piscina, muito Boa, e a seguranca para entrada e saída das areas do Beach Class.
