Perfect location in Yaletown with a great grocery practically next door and walking distance of Stanley Park and Granville Island. Clean and nicely appointed, beautiful views of the city from most bedrooms. Loved the roof top spa and pool. Would definitely stay again.

We only had a two night stay in Vancouver following an Alaskan Cruise and before a flight home. The hotel was helpful in giving us an early check in and late check out to meet our travel requirements. Although probably a little more expensive the hotel amenities were great, the room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location to explore Vancouver and near to a great choice of restaurants. An easy 30 minute taxi to the airport as well.

The expedia description of the different rooms is so unclear that I thought I booked a one bedroom suite and it ended up being like a bachelor suite. No separate bedroom. When I called and asked what was happening the staff "upgraded" our room but it was the same thing! It ruined my birthday trip.

Rooms could use a bit more of a deep clean between visits. But overall it was great.

We only stayed one night but it was great. We had a very nice one bedroom suite that had lots of space. A great balcony that went directly to the pool and hot tub area which was so cool. It’s not a typical hotel with lots of staff, restaurant and bar etc but it’s a great, quiet spot in a nice area. Easy to walk to all the restaurants and bars needed. Would stay here again for sure.

Comfy beds, excellent location with Nestor's grocery practically next door and all walkable. So great to have a full kitchen. Safe neighborhood despite the strip club across the way, lol! Fun to watch. Would definitely stay here again, also very convenient to skytrain from the airport. Dont need a car.

Great location and wonderful staff. The upper floors have better natural light and an outside terrace (we were offered a first-floor suite but it felt dark and musty, so they switched us to a higher floor, which worked out great). Great floor plan and amenities, and dog-friendly as well.

Staff is top notch. We love Youngmin, Quincy, Natalia, Ivan and Ryan- they no doubt add to our experience. Rooms are modern, spacious enough and clean. We love that there’s a soft bed in the living room, and the biggest positive for us is the kitchenette! Location cannot be beat as well. You’re literally 10mins from the mall, amazing restaurants in Yaletown, and multiple playgrounds. We can’t remember the number of times we’ve been to this hotel, multiple each year, and we love returning each time.

This is not really a hotel at all. It is an apartment building that they rent out rooms in, but buyer beware. They provide NO services that you’d expect at any hotel. The description of being a 4 star hotel is wholly inaccurate. Entry: you have to dial a number on a keypad to be let into the “lobby”. There’s no one to open door, assist with luggage etc. Lobby: small with no amenities, no water, no coffee. One couch and only one reception person. She was kind and orderly but had no power to do anything really besides give you your key card. Building: low ceilings and boring modern interior. Looks like a recently flipped house. No staff to be seen anywhere. You have to tap you card just to go up and down an elevator floor. Many of the people going in and out have permanent key fobs to swipe - the conclusion that this is an apartment that the management company is trying to eek a few more dollars out of by posing as a “Hotel”. Room: Boring, modern. Looks like a recently flipped house. Grey and Vinyl surfaces. Clean but forgettable. Multiples of the same stock photos hanging on various walls. Bathroom was rough. Lots of worn/damaged surfaces. Soap dispenser on the wall but no bottles etc. shower / tub combo was basic. Kitchen supplied with dishes etc, the coffee in the room was 2 K-Cups. That’s for 3 people for 3 nights. No refills. Service: NO ROOM CLEANING?! Is this a hotel? Also no ice machine. No room service. This is NOT a 4 star hotel.

The front desk staff was gracious. Did not use the gym or steam/ sauna room. The room was a lovely size, great deep bathtub. Full kitchen, guest space. It was like living in a single bedroom apartment. The only thing I would suggest is to offer bottled water to utilize the Keurig machine.

We really enjoyed our stay at Level Seymour in Vancouver. The room was clean, spacious and modern and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal. Granville Island, Gastown, BC Place and many shopping locales were within an easy walking distance. Stanley Park was a short drive away. Security at the hotel was top notch. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The room felt like home away from home with all the furnishings and housewares. Clean, spacious, a heated pool and gym made it all worth the stay!

The room and hotel are so clean. Love the apartment style rooms, spacious and with everything you need. Quiet balcony and woke up to the song birds chirping. The outdoor common space was beautiful with bbqs and tables to sit at. The hot tub was fantastic, unfortunately the pool was out of service for 2 of the 3 days and I forgot to ask why. The gym was great with so much equipment and machines. Excellent location to all the sites in downtown Vancouver!
