Nice hotel

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Angelo's. The room we had was very large at the end of the hall so our balcony wrapped around the building. We stayed for seven nights and each day our room was cleaned and the bed made and two bottles of water were supplied each day. The breakfast was fairly simple and not much variety over the seven days, but the service was wonderful. The man who served us was polite and very efficient. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The pool area was a nice place to relax. The only negative is that it is about a 20 minute walk to the beach area. The area around the hotel is a bit sketchy but the people are friendly. The hotel is a very good deal for the amount of money it charges.

You can not people to a live person at the hotel when fixing a problem about reservation. Couldn't make a change, but they try to bill me 3400 dollars for a 2 night stay located in another country

It was surprisingly peaceful, as it’s in an area where you would expect some noise but it was very nice. The staff was great and place was very clean

2 hand towels, small shampoo and one soap in bathroom. No towels or facecloths, no glasses. We went to the front desk to request glasses and he said they were in the restaurant and it was locked. No blankets on the beds. Pools were dirty and scummy. No restaurant, no room service. Restaurant served breakfast then closed. No where nearby to get a meal or drink. Not safe to walk in area. No shuttles, no multilingual staff, no tour and ticket assistance. No 24 hour front desk. We called Expedia 2 times to help us get out of this nightmare and they tried phoning the front desk 2 times and no answer. They advertise all these things but in reality, it’s barren and NO SERVICES. Ghetto.
