Likes: location, quiet, walking distance. Dislikes: Was told by the staff that the hotel was “cashless” and the website states cash or credit cards. The property manager kindly accepted the cash payment.

Great hotel

Def loved the spacious room . Was perfect. Great bfast .. only thing was could hear people upstairs. Like steps . Over happy customer .

The facility was beyond clean from the lobby to the room. My mother was thoroughly impressed with the handicap amenities, and it was nice and quiet. It was affordable and minutes away from the destinations we were in town for. I will be returning for another stay whenever I return back to the DFW area.

I do not have any complaints about the hotel or their staff. It was clean and well kept and the staff was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is the security feature of the door lock. Every day i had issues getting into.my room. But a great, quiet stay otherwise.

This place was awesome I would have given them excellent but our key card to our room never worked. We had to get the from office staff to let us in the room every time we left. It was very annoying.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Friendly and welcoming staff plus a nice atmosphere. Very clean and spacious room. Absolutely love “Roy” the shuttle driver was so helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10 definitely would stay again!!

The front staff was very kind and patient considering we had 8 kids with us . The room service was too notch and kept the room clean every day

Perfect location for access to DFW

This is my 3rd time staying here and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The manager Pamela allowed me a late check out to accommodate my later flight and with the shuttle available from & to the airport makes my stay so much easier. Will definitely be returning.

The property itself was nice and the room was very spacious but the shower was broken making bath time tougher. The door to the bathroom was very heavy and kept getting stuck at the halfway point. Other than that it was a good stay would stay again in a different room with a working shower.

The check in clerk was so nice and everything was just perfecf!

Great hotel

Staff was very friendly, very clean, female restrooms in the lobby has women feminine care. A lot of dinning options around . I will definitely book again, very affordable!

The property was great but the hotel staff were less than pleasant.
