The bathroom was very dirty, the floor was covered in black scale, the shower had to be replaced because it was very old, there was no longer a shower model like that that I saw in other hotels, I even took a shower in the sink area because the bathroom floor was very dirty. The towels were also like doormats, very dirty, when I asked for a replacement towel, it turned out to be not much different, they were dirty, not like hotel towels in general, for the price of 750 thousand per night, it was not comparable to the cleanliness

When I entered the room it smelled of cigarettes (please be careful, especially if you're with children), the bathroom was a bit dirty and dull, parking was not available and the parking attendant just said "in the back building" without helping with anything hahahaha

The drain was clogged when opened. It smelled so bad it made me vomit up a lot of hair. The towels were really shabby and needed replacing. I had to buy more towels.

When we first arrived, we had two small children carrying two bags on our shoulders and a large suitcase. We were confused because there were several staff inside, but no one greeted us to help us carry our things. Just think positively, maybe it's because it's a 3-star hotel. Really? The check-in process was smooth, we were directed to the elevator, but still no one offered to help us carry our things. The hallway leading to our room was a bit of a shock, it felt a bit old-fashioned and (sorry) dirty, especially the carpet. We entered our room and were surprised because the toilet didn't look like it had been flushed thoroughly, even though it looked like it was full of dust. There were also traces of fallen hair on the floor. Breakfast for an 8-year-old child cost an additional 90K. Okay, it's fair, but when you look at the variety of food? Not worth it. The plus point of this hotel is its heated swimming pool and quite complete gym. Maybe for those who take the train, the location is also very good because it's very close. Plus, according to reviews, the swimming pool and location are said to be good.

Ordered an executive room (+1) and got room 604. It was completely uncomfortable upon entering. The smell was pungent, stuffy, and my eyes hurt. I complained to reception, but they gave me an ambiguous response. I was already tired, so what else could I do? It didn't meet my expectations.

It was a pleasure to stay here, close to the station, also close to Santosa Central Hospital because our destination was Santosa Hospital, just a short walk to get there.

This is my umpteenth time staying at El Cavana. The facilities are complete and friendly for my kids. However, I was surprised by the price increase compared to usual... hehe
