We just got back from staying 6 nights at the Boutique Hotel Helios in Sorrento, Italy. Our room and the rest of the hotel was extremely clean. The fixtures in our bathroom looked to be new or updated and was extremely clean. Our room had a balcony with a small table and two chairs with a beautiful view of the bay and Mount Vesuvius. Just beautiful! All staff that we encountered were extremely pleasant, personable and extremely helpful from the front desk personnel to the young male bar tender to the wonderful woman who would greet you at breakfast and bring you your coffee. Breakfast displayed fruit, pastries, cheeses, meat, eggs and was always beautifully set up and tasted great. Breakfast was served in an outdoor patio overlooking the same beautiful view of the bay and was such a nice way to start the morning. Overall, we cannot say enough about our stay at the Boutique Hotel Helios!

I loved this place, was perfect! Staff amazing and for me I wanted a place I could walk to places easy and was at the same time quiet at night. Highly rate it and the Breakfast matched the beautiful view!

The staff was extraordinary,so nice and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless! BEAUTIFUL views and we felt well cared for. The desk made reservations for tours. Complimentry breakfast was always lovely. I recommend!

This is a great hotel with view of Sorrento. About a 10 minute walk down to town. We took taxi to get there with luggage from ferry and then taxi back to ferry day we left. They helped us arrange a vespa for 70 euro a day that we rode to the Amalfi Coast we preferred Positano and Ravello over Amalfi too crowded. Staff was wonderful and there daily breakfast was great as well!

If you want value for money with a fabulous breakfast and amazing views then this is the hotel for you. The positives far outweigh the fact that the pool is smallish and that it is a mile walk into the centre of Sorrento/the main port. We enjoyed the walk and getting away from the crowds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff was friendly and helpful! View from our hotel room was breathtaking and the property is walkable to the city center. Room was very clean and the breakfast buffet was good! Would definitely stay here again.

Staff very friendly, Small boutique hotel with everything you need. A little bit further from the city center than other hotels and there was a small stretch of walking as soon as you step out of the hotel that does not have a sidewalk so can be dangerous with cars driving around the corner.

What a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff is amazing. So helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable with amazing views of the coastline. The breakfasts are AMAZING!! We loved that it was a small hotel with attentive staff. Decided to stay an extra night. It is a bit of a walk to the town center but nice to be away from the hustle and bustle.

Hotel Helios was above our expectations. The location, the view, service, staff, room, cleanliness were all fantastic. We loved it so much that we extended our stay for one more night just to enjoy the hotel and city of Sorento as much as possible. We will definitely go back there again in the future.

Hotel Helios was such a wonderful experience. The check-in process was amazing, the lovely ladies at reception were so accommodating, helpful and kind. They explained the best places to go, helped us book a dinner reservation, as well as a tour of the amalfi coast, and explained where everything was in the hotel. The room we had was downstairs (bare that in mind if carrying heavy luggage) and was only accessible by stairs. We didn't mind, as it gave us privacy and had a great sea view. The breakfast was really, really good with lots of options and a beautiful view of the sea. The pool was also refreshing and had a lovely view of the sea. Would definitely recommend staying here. Everybody was nice and helpful. Location is close to center. Breakfast really good.

The hotel is a small jewel on the Italian coast where you can sleep at night free of the city hustle and bustle. Breakfast options are plenty and the view from the small breakfast area is superb. Getting from the hotel to the city is a little scary at the beginning portion, but becomes natural after you realize the entire Amalfi coast is this way. Thanks to the front desk team fathering to all our inquiries. And to the breakfast people who made our stay at the hotel pleasant.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms and well maintained property with beautiful tile bathroom and large shower. Beautiful sea view balcony and roof deck pool. Beds were too firm and balcony doors need a screen door or something else to keep mosquitoes out of the room when doors are open.
