One of the windows had popped.out of the frame and hence the room was not safe. Nobody told me the reception is in another building and fortunatly there was a girl came out of the building and she showed me that the reception is in another building about 100m from the accomodation. The communicatiin should have been better. The floor number is not in the card. Better to pht a notice on the entry door mentioning that the reception is 100m away as then everyone cone there know where to pick up the key.

Too expensive for what you get, they refuse to give us the room until 4pm. It's a tourist hotel most of the people leave early. Can't believe that they couldn't have ready the room before 4 pm. The staff wasn't cooperative.

I didn’t stay there since it wasn’t in Zermatt where I was. I don’t know where the hotel is but I notified them to cancel the reservation but didn’t hear back from them.

There are 2 properties, one is the main hotel, Adastra, and the other is AdHoc which is located a short walk away and has very limited on site facilities. The main Hotel is where I stay and the restaurant/bar is very good. Excellent food and very friendly staff. On my last visit I needed to get to the train station urgently and no taxis were available. The lady at reception took me personally in her own car, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Overall, a very nice hotel with really good staff.

Poor noise insulation, you can hear next door and people in corridor. In addition there is a bar below, so if you on floor above you will hear music until midnight. I had to use ear plugs. The bathroom is very small, shower like a stand-up coffin. The door handle is difficult to open door. The towels should have been replaced a long time ago, all worn and frayed. One day no toiletries left, so had to walk to Touring hotel to ask for (no apology given).

Modern rooms. The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes from the train station, near Brig´s center. Nice balcony. Good mattress. A few details making this experience 4 stars rather than 5. The italian shower head is at less than 1m80. Rather unusual... and not convenient if you are tall. There is nowhere to put soap or shower gel in the shower (it would be easy to add a small shelf). No garbage bin in the room. It would also be good to add a bottle opener in the fridge.

Check in was a little confusing. I am staying at "Adhhock" but there is no reception here. You check in at a hotel across the street. A sign would help.

The hotel is within the walking distance from the train station. We arrived after dark so we followed the instruction on the door to go to another hotel about a block away to check in, which wasn’t really an issue. The breakfast next morning was served at the same other hotel. We checked out after the breakfast and left the room keys in the room, saving us another trip. Overall, it’s a good experience.

Overall stay at Adhoc hotel was comfortable. Check-in was actually at a nearby hotel - Hotel Touring, about 4 mins walk. We were able to park right outside Adhoc hotel which was convenient. Heating, cleanliness everything was great. Front desk at Hotel Touring was helpful with information about the area and directions.

It was great and it's less than 10 minutes walking distance from the town and train station. Worth staying over if you like to visit Zermatt for day trip.

Lovely hotel. Newly built. The surrounding area is peaceful and friendly. Close to the station. The are just two issues. One, there is absolutely no staff at this hotel. None. There is no reception desk, no one to even open the door which is locked. At the main door, there is a note that says visit the other older hotel touring to check in. There was a helpful person, Christian and usually there is some other staff at hotel touring. Great, helpful people, but someone should man the reception at this hotel. It's a much nicer and newer property compared to hotel touring. The second issue is the room. It's a bit cramped, bathroom is small. It's all well built but misses on some finishing touches - like the shower section leaks water over the floor, the bathroom glass door gets stuck really hard and wont open. It gets a bit hot during the summer. No fan or AC can make it difficult on some hot nights. I had to leave the window open all night to have some ventilation, the cars kept going by all night and made it hard to sleep.

There is no reception, you have to go to a nearby restaurant, however the instructions on the door send you to the petrol station which also is unattended. Message should read reception at restaurant OPPOSITE Petrol station. After wasting some time we ran into the owner. Then we found them to be very nice, and helpful. There is a wonderful veiw of the mountains from the balcony and we enjoyed sitting there in the evening.
