Everyone was friendly and the place was super clean

This is our go to hotel when we come to Istanbul and always enjoy staying here. The customer service is great and last time we went we were given a special fruit plate and note to welcome us which was an unexpected nice surprise.

House Keeping Very Poor! Hardly replace anything. Always have to ask, as a 5 star hotel sleeper, tea bags, milk should topped up accordingly. Bed had human hair hasn’t been cleaned in months Carpets were dirty Table was never cleaned by housekeepers Had clean everyday by myself

Check-in in 14:00 , we moved in room early. Staff helped me park on a very narrow road. I liked the spa, breakfasts were very helpful, the staff made me poached eggs at my request

the property has very nice views of the sea and has numerous restaurants located nearby. the breakfast is buffet is very nice.

I’m surprised about everything

This is my usual hotel when I come to Istanbul for business. It’s clean and the rooms are very nice and comfortable.

Very joyful time. Taxis are fair to the tourists. They automatically jack up the fair prices other than that perfect

Its a bit expenses but its good

Its not really walkable to anything..you need cabs to get anywhere. They had a lovely pool however.

It was a great stay! All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the various amenities and helpfulness of the various staff running and working all over & throughout the property. For those interested in the spa, the women's section has a women's only sauna, hammam, relaxations rooms and everything you need to shower and get dressed after. The co-ed pool section has a beautiful indoor pool and loungers and we were told the outside pool is heated even during winter (if i understood correctly). The hotel was also located next door to a nice public waterfront park. The hotel had free self parking and valet parking was 200 tl (11.2024) The only improvement I would personally like to see would be someone opening the car &/or taxi door and helping me in and out of my car or taxi (or at least offering). But overall it is a beautiful property and we had great service from everyone. I would like to thank everyone.
