One of the most wonderful resorts I have stayed in. The property is amazing. Walking from our room to the pool, spa, and restaurant felt like we were walking through the jungle. The daily breakfast was fantastic. The service throughout our stay was top notch. We will definitely stay here again when we visit this area in the future.

Always a relaxing place. Wonderful pool. Breakfast was good but they were not eager to refill when items are gone. A reinvestment of this property is sorely need to maintain its quality.

Beautiful and restful retreat. Despite being some of the only guests, all facilities were open and we were treated like royalty - the two swimming pools are beautiful, spa provided full service and food was excellent. We would definitely go back again and recommend it to anyone who needs a break.

I stayed for only 6 nights and wished I could stay 3 weeks; a place where I was able to relax and feel pampered, make a home base for local touring, but also to read, contemplate, and heal. Also ate nearly all my meals at Secret restaurant: Amazing food and sincerely warm hospitality.

Really lovely spot. Great service. The best thing about this hotel is the excellent infinity pool and brilliant spa treatments. Don’t even think of going to someone local to save money. The girls here are amazing at massage and nail treatments.

Ok resort. Shower does not drain. Bathroom flooded everytime we showered. Hotel is outdated. Ok for short term

Have stayed at the Veranda Natural several times. It really is a unique and amazing property that I highly recommend. The rooms are blended into the surrounding natural landscape and both pools are well maintained. Each room is created differently. Beautiful place to relax and enjoy.

Awesome, scenery, staff, and food.

I spent 3 nights at the resort with many friends. The staff is excellent, easy to understand/speak English and always check how things where and all staff greeted me as they past.While the room was very large and comfortable with nice view it's a bit worse for wear. The entire resort looks like Covid-19 has been difficult over the last 18 months. I was at the resort about two and half years ago and the property was incredible. While the structure is there many thing look in disrepair from a lack of staff. I wish the resort well and hopefully Covid will end soon so they can get more guest to pay for the proper amount of employees such a large property requires. Perhaps I will try again next year.

A very nice place to stay but my only problem was the number of stairs! If you are elderly or handicapped, it is not the place to stay. If you are young, healthy, and no problems climbing many stairs you would like it. The room was large, clean, and had all that was needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was the usual fare and good. There are 2 swimming pools and both clean and set in relaxing areas of the hotel. The only other thing I can say is I would have preferred a softer bed.

Cleanest place in Kep. Beautiful location and setting. If you make it to Kep this is the place to stay.

Veranda Resort is absolutely unique! Set amongst tropical gardens and the use of stone and timber in all buildings is awesome. Loved the Infinity pool and the garden pool. Both really well maintained and look beautiful. We were sad to leave.

This is the best resort I have ever stayed at, just outstanding in every way.

I liked most of the staff. Those I liked were all friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and very clean. I would recommend this resort to anyone I know. What I didn't like was the fact that I was made to pay for extra person for breakfast. I booked 2 rooms. Room 1 had my wife and I and my daughters age 2 and 5. Room 2 had 3 adults, 1 child age 2. When I booked, it said 3 adults per room (breakfast included). I don't think I should have been charged extra breakfast fee. The kids don't even eat much. They should not be considered. This place is high class, but the way they charged kids for the free breakfast was very petty and not a good look. Also, my other annoyance was the fact that there was one person who obviously appeared to work there, appear to monitor us the whole time during breakfast. He was not cambodian. He only seemed to greet non cambodians. It made me and my group feel awkward. He just stared and looked and not talk to us. That rubbed me the wrong way.

This was a great experience, as usual. Great rooms, and the resort is built to make you feel like you are wondering through a jungle. Two pools are fantastic. Lots of places to lounge around.the only downside is that the road to the resort is in terrible condition, making it difficult for cars, tuk tuks, and even walking. I received a kind and honest note from the manager describing the situation and their stand-off with the government about paving it. Despite this, it does make it reduce my rating from a 5 to a 4. Hopefully they will rectify this in the future, because it’s a fantastic resort.

Véritable déception, je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux après avoir lu les retours d’autres voyageurs. Si les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de qualité, les installations électriques, la robinetterie et le mobilier en général mériteraient un bon coup de neuf. Idem pour les installations collectives, comme les transats au bord des piscines. La nourriture est bonne et le personnel toujours prêt à rendre service.
