El desayuno está demasiado austero, no hay muchas opciones

As soon as we entered the hotel lobby we saw how dirty it was. I was hoping our room would be clean, but it was also very dirty. I’m glad we only stayed 2 nights. Oh, and we also didn’t get greeted when we first arrived, receptionist just kept staring at us waiting for us to say something.

One receptionist could not find the copy of my license which they already have it on file. I gave them my license again and she did not even said , sorry we probably lost it or something. They seems to be Too busy watching videos on their phone a lot !!!! Sad !

Best continental breakfast with eggs, potatoes, beans, Queso fresco, cilantro, and onions. Delicious!

Excelente atención del personal.

Upon checking in the room temperature was very hot. After a few minutes of waiting to see if the a/c worked we were given the option to another room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Toilet seats seemed cheap they kept bitting me. Stay was ok, a little outside Salamanca but close enough to drive to the city center in about 10 minutes.

Happy we were immediately moved from our initial room which had a sewer odor. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. No ice in vending machine, but overall good stay.

First time in Mexico so don’t have anything to compare with but it was adequate lodging for 4 nights. Property seemed secure. They have a fence and full time guard. Breakfast was excellent.

Toilet paper and towels where not replace had to go 3 times to service desk to get items,room was not clean only bed was done,no hand soap was replaced stay at other city express in Mexico and services were never this bad.

Excellent stay - Many of the front staff are English speaking - friendly and clean rooms. Breakfast is the typical basic items, however was very nice and believe you can't get much better at this price. AAA+++

I stayed at this hotel in August and I can say you get a good Hotel for your Money. The room is small and basic, but clean. The Hotel is very quiet and you don't hear any foot steps on the hallway or above your room. The wifi worked fine for me, I was on the second floor and the speed was very good that I was able to watch Netflix. The breakfast is very basic, Eggs, chilaquiles, toast, fruit, cereal, yogurt, Coffee and juice.

Simple hotel. No frills but clean. Rooms a pretty small but was a good price.

por lo sucedido no creo que cambien sabanas, edredon fundas de almohadas despues de que se retire algun huesped, pues yo cuando ocupe la habitacion encontre cabellos en la cama, asi mismo en el area de regadera, no hay higiene

Había pelos en la cama, se advierte que no cambian la ropa de cama y nadie garantiza que cambien las fundas de las almohadas cuando se van los huéspedes.
