Everything is good, unfortunately you can't order cappuccino coffee in the restaurant, you have to pay, only black coffee, even though now all hotels provide coffee with milk, you can even order various types of coffee

The children's pool was closed in preparation for the New Year's Eve celebrations. We didn't receive any notification or information from Traveloka that the children's pool was closed. One of the front desk staff said the hotel had updated the closed status on Traveloka. However, I double-checked and booked again, but I still couldn't find any information about the children's pool being closed. I was traveling with a small child, and one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because of the pool.

The staff were mostly friendly and responsive. However, the pool attendants were a bit underwhelming regarding towels. It's funny, paying for a room here and all the amenities feels like you're just going to steal one towel. However, I found it quite annoying. The room was too small, and the very poor layout made it even more cramped. There was no prior notification that the children's pool would be unavailable due to a stage being decorated for a New Year's event. We were only informed after check-in. Breakfast was also lacking in variety.
