Rooms are clean, staff is friendly conly bad thing elevator isn’t working

Honestamente, al leer todas las reseñas dudé en hospedarme aquí pero por el precio es bastante favorable. En general pues para lo que es, para dormir y punto. Me iban a poner en 3er piso pero el elevador no abría en ese piso entonces tuvieron que ponerme en el segundo. En primer piso parece que está en remodelación, me gusta el estilo vintage pero definitivamente si necesita muchas mejoras este hotel, no hay ventilación, cuando entras al cuarto se percibe un olor extraño y solo puedes abrir la ventana pero no tiene mosquitero, la puerta del baño tenía un hoyo, lo que sí me sorprendió es que el agua de la regadera salía muy bien, sólo que cuidado, el agua caliente tarda en salir pero sale MUY caliente, entonces si le tienes que abrir casi toda la fría para que se nivele la temperatura. Buena ubicación, como dicen, uno obtiene por lo que paga pero creo que este lugar tiene potencial para mejorar.

The place was really well kept , staff was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit .

Mi esposa tenía una reserva de dos noches. El hotel no la registró hasta las 23:00. No había agua en la habitación. Se fue por la mañana. No ha habido respuesta a su solicitud de reembolso. Pésimo hotel. My wife had a two-night reservation. The hotel didn't check her in until 11:00 PM. There was no water in the room. She left in the morning. There has been no response to her refund request. Terrible hotel.

Mal hotel

All good but the room smelled like tiger Vimn and the carpets were dirty, the hotel should consider putting in tiles.

This is has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at And the service mid day was the worst ever it’s smelled in both rooms i was switched to no running water we couldn’t shower or even use the restroom or brush our teeth complete don’t recommend !!!!

Hice una reservación para el 6 de diciembre. Al llegar ahí el hotel me comentan que tienen problemas con el agua y me daban la opción de cancelar. Sin embargo, aun cuando me dijeron que me iban a apoyar con el reembolso, al final no hicieron nada y me cobraron sin yo haber estado ahí. Para nada recomiendo a este hotel, poca seriedad, atención y se quedan con tu dinero.

The hotel didn't have water. The staff was supposed to inform me about it but they didn't. About the water they said there was nothing they could do. That it was MY PROBLEM and the company I booked in with. Person in charge was rude along with the staff. Also Expedia didn't want to help me with the problem.
