The location cannot be beat -- it is easily walkable to area attractions and dining.

It was a good size room, clean enough, did not smell even though the hotel is older. We realize there is no coffee provided in most hotel in Denmark, but receptionist was kind enough to loan us a kettle. However, try not to come on Sunday or Monday. Majority of shops are closed on Sundays. The attractions are closed on Sunday and Mondays.

Great location, but the bathtub is odd, uncomfortable and unsafe for showering. Lobby looks nice, but the rooms are worn and not updated. Breakfast food was very good, but breakfast area was very cramped. Luggage holding was excellent.

Location is perfect! We checked in early for a small fee. Walked to everything. Our room was great. Several large windows overlooking the cobblestone walkways. The parking is tight. The shower is the problem. it is not designed well and water runs out. Make sure you have extra towels as they will be needed to keep the water from running out of the flooded bathroom. Our pre-check in person was not as friendly as we would have liked, but the rest of the staff was wonderful.

Lower points due to Expedia's management of the stay. Expedia did not provide a means to contact the hotel, which was difficult to approach by car. Entering the address into the GPS directed me to an illegal turn into a pedestrian zone. After (legally) parking in the neighborhood and walking to the hotel, the staff gave me a different address to use for the approach by car. Expedia should have provided a phone number to contact the hotel, which would have saved me a considerable amount of time, after traveling all day.

Check in is a pain. Need to have a person check you in NOT a computer. And then I had to register my car separately. Ridiculous if you going to make me check myself in, it should be all together. No air conditioning, top floor was a steam bath upon my arrival. At least open the windows and turn on the fan prior to residents checking in. I would not recommend your hotel to anyone.

Quaint inn with tons of character and conveniently located to the town square and shopping and restaurants. Only an 8 min walk to train station. 1 min walk from my all time favorite bakery.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is superb - - a few minutes away (walk) from the Roskilde Station and you can start your shopping experience the moment you step out from the hotel. The room is rather old and has no air-conditioner.

It was very nice except they stuck us on the third floor in the old section with no elevator. The room was to warm. Room was clean but no water pressure to shower in the morning

A well-located hotel on the main shopping street, 8 minutes walk from the train station. Other Danish hotels all offered me free early check-in, but Zleep wanted to charge 100DKK for that service. There was only one bath towel qnd one face towel- all other hotels offer two sets, and no small soaps (only squeeze gel soap in shower). No safe in room, and breakfast (extra) was fair and mostly in the fridge, not laid out on the counter.

Great location and friendly staff. Common areas are well maintained and modern. Beds are comfortable and have good storage. Bathroom facilities in need of an upgrade (dated amenities, old shower curtains and baths with showers over the top and poor water pressure). Overall an enjoyable stay and I would return.

Best location possible in Roskilde, good value for money, and free parking provided.

Great location for old town and shopping.
