Amaris Cilegon is always my choice when I'm working out of town. It offers comprehensive facilities and affordable prices.

I always stay here when I'm on business. The facilities are great, the price is affordable, and the location is easily accessible and in the city center.

The staff is friendly, the service is fast

I stayed in transit at Amaris Cilegon going to Palembang via Merak in a less than healthy condition LBP, in the morning I was really sick and couldn't get up, so I was late CO, and asked for help to be carried to the car on a stretcher, they happily served me, called the Fire Department, lowered me via the stairs, the Fire Department was really professional, Salute to the Cilegon Fire Department, until I was positioned lying on my back in the car, very carefully Without feeling any pain. Thank you Mrs. Eva and all Amaris Staff, Bravo the professional Fire Department, extraordinary, the training in Ciracas was not in vain... thank you all who have helped, so that I arrived at the Emergency Room and was treated at Borromeus Hospital Bandung.

I am quite often stay at Amaris Cilegon, but it seems like the problem is still the same. It is all about air cons. The room was still hot even when I put it under 16 and full blow.

Just standard...room without water heater to make coffee or tea....under the assumption of 3 star class

Bathroom maintenance is needed, bedroom smells, bathroom ceiling has water spots, food variety is different from other Amaris. Please improve it again.

Maybe because of the lack of staff, we arrived at 3am but the room wasn't ready and we got 3 different room numbers and moved once.

Friendly staff. Parking is taken care of. Good food.

It was pretty good, unfortunately during breakfast, the menu that had run out was not refilled, even though it was still 8am, the remaining cutlery was not immediately removed so the table looked full.
