Lovely luxurious experience. Hotel staff were kind and professional - I felt very welcomed. Although keep in mind if you are coming by bus you have to walk 2mins on the motorway to access the hotel. Also hotel offers taxi to the centre of Belgrade for 40 euros (it is around a 20min drive). Breakfast is fresh and nice; reflects a Balkan diet.

Front desk was not very kind. Air conditioner did not work. Even called front desk and they took no acton. Settled for sleeping with windows open.

Everything was nice, however there was no blackout curtain in the room as advertised, so I got up quite early, which ruined my whole day

A/c remote was not working, not enough towels, and body was too cheap, all this for 4 star hotel doesn’t come.

This little hotel is very lovely and modern and comfortable. We had a great night stay and all staffs were very helpful and polite. I recommend this hotel very strongly. Overall very happy with service we have received.

Hotel is clean and inviting with friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty and free. Young blonde lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. She even gave me a pill to help with my bad headache.

The staff were friendly and helpful in explaining things. It's a out of town and if you do not have a car that woukd create issues. Buses exist so I am told but a late night out might leave you at the mercy of taxis or Uber if Belgrade has it (I didn't check). Also my GPS device thought I was on a tollway , which I wasn't, and did not take me to the right place when the address on Hotels.com website was used. If you travel by car from North (Belgrade city) it is on your left with its own, apparently, exit to the right and then over a bridge to your left. At night it stands out like an airline pilot’s beacon. The décor would not be everyone’s cup of tea. Tip for breakfast: order a coffee from the bar - the stuff in the urn thing is a bit "WHOA!". Otherwise breakfast was adequate.

Good communication links being situated on the main road heading to Bulgeria. The staff all spoke English which helped and the food was great.
