Very clean, spacious, and felt very safe!

Room was clean and property was well taken care of. All the staff was professional and had no problem answering our questions. The hotel has a gate to walk through, not just anybody can come inside and the parking lot is also gated so they have staff that manage these services. Casa serena is located in a quiet, prosperous area that is walkable with at least 3-5 bars/restaurants nearby. We literally have zero complaints!

The apartment hotel stay was excellent. I would definitely prefer to come back next time as well. The place is very clean and comfortable, conveniently located close to the airport and several nearby malls. It’s perfectly suited for business travellers and tourists

I was supposed to stay at the Westin with a group but was unable to since I waited too long. This place is 3 to 4 short blocks away. Sara the front desk lady is learning English and likes to practice, which is nice. The rooms were very spacious And more than I thought it would be. Nice hot tub, but didn't swim in the pool. I would definitely recommend this place.
