Was a very nice stay

Very nice and clean hotel with friendly and service minded staff in perfect surroundings at harbor and see.

Not enough parking places belonging to the hotel

Very nice hotel in the center of Heiligenhafen. Large choice of restaurants and beach in walking distance.

Everything superb as always Recommendation: make parking with charger as only to be used by electric cars charging. Even if not possible to book/reserve, at least avoiding slots being used by 10 year old Skodas

A lovely hotel right on the harbour front. The hotel is lovely and to a really high standard, rooms are spacious and the staff friendly. The hotel is run as part of the local fishermen’s unions plan to diversify from fishing in a sustainable way.

Very nice hotel with good location close to the dunes and center of a village. Room was as good as in the description. Our room was on the side of the fishing harbor and there were loud discussions outside in the middle of the night. Other than that excellent experience.

Initially I was a little disappointed that the requested harbour view was not available as expected, however as our stay was overall outstanding we quickly felt that the compromise sea view and excellent room with a nice balcony was very satisfactory and we would happily book on our next visit.

Nice and quiet hotel in waking distance from the beach. No restaurant at the hotel but many restaurants very close to the hotel.

Right in the centre of town and looking very new with everything in pristine condition. I had a very large room with a balcony overlooking the harbour. The staff recommended a great local restaurant for dinner too. Great value and definitely the best place in town.

Hotel med bra läge till restauranger och hamn. Mkt fin frukost. Snedtak i rummet så ej full höjd men ok. Ngt dyr boende i förhållande till slick. Använde dock ej spat.

Hotellet ligger vid en fantastisk plats vid vattnet, vilket ger en otrolig utsikt och lugn atmosfär. En stor fördel med hotellet är den bekväma parkeringen som finns precis utanför. Att kunna parkera bilen säkert så nära gjorde vår ankomst smidig. Att börja dagen med en komplett frukost var en härlig start på dagen. Rummet vi bodde i var både rent och fint inrett. Den moderna stilen kombineras med smakfulla detaljer. Rummet var rymligt och välkomnande. Sängarna var bekväma för en god natts sömn. En annan aspekt som gjorde vår vistelse minnesvärd var personalen. De var jättetrevliga, serviceinriktade och personliga i sitt bemötande. Från det ögonblick vi anlände kände vi oss hjärtligt välkomna, och deras omtanke gjorde skillnad. Med utmärkt läge, fina rum, smidig parkering, fin frukost buffé och fantastisk personal, kan vi varmt rekommendera detta hotell. Vi ser fram emot att återvända!

sind als Paar für eine kleine Auszeit gekommen, schönes modernes Hotel, Sauberkeit war ganz gut. Zimmer ausreichend mit allem was man braucht. Aussicht auf den kleinen hafen perfekt. Service am Empfang war gut. Service beim Frühstück der Wahnsinn, alle waren freundlich und haben zu jederzeit gelächelt und waren absolut hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür.

Very nice staff with good service and communication. They saved me when my original booking another place went wrong. Excellent rooms with comfy beds. I was happy with the breakfast also, and a good thing it was served later in weekend.
