The roast beef dinner with Yorkshire pudding was cold. The pudding was miniscule. The beef was the tail end of one joint and the first end of the next. It tried to make up for quality with quantity and failed

Superior room was spacious and comfortable. There were no issues in shortening my stay by a day. Front desk, bar and restaurant staff courteous. Good food options at the restaurant.

Air conditioning perfect.the bar fridge was well stocked although we did not use it.

Nice, clean, modern room but mattress could do with replacement. Sportsbar, locals were lively and welcoming. Meal was lovely. A nice asortment for continetal breakfast that was in the room and included in the cost. Third time ihave stayed here and would stay again.

Room was good

Clean and pleasant room, food excellent in the restaurant, only problem due to a a blocked drain adjacent to the superior rooms (numbers 24,25,26 and an unlevel carpark surface causing significant pooling of water deep enough to cover your footwear, which does not drain away adequately. According to staff it is even worse in winter! This could easily be remidied if management is willing to address this issue.

Room is spacious and everything is good except that in my 5 days stay no one cleaned the bathroom though they vacuumed the room daily and made our beds but cleaning bathroom is also very important otherwise we are extremly satisfied.
