I called 2 days before my check in and canceled this room because my husband was able to use his rewards points from work to book a larger room for significantly less money. When I arrived, the front desk tried to claim I never called even though I could show that I had called on my phone. She also claimed it was the wrong number, but when I called it in the lobby, it went to a phone tree and then I could select reservations. She was very rude. She made me pay for the room I canceled and the room I stayed in. When I went to go into the bigger room, the door did not open correctly to our room and the floor had not been swept. I will not be staying in this hotel again.

Great stay

It was fine, outdated and felt not very clean and run down. It seemed like every employee did not enjoy their job, not friendly at all. The pool was pretty run down and freezing. Wouldn’t stay again but wasn’t terrible

Everything was topnotch! Would definitely recommend them.

Pros Close to I-84, walkable services, RV Parking, breakfast included Cons Smells funny, not in a great way Unclear about Rodeway and Quality… same building? Near by? Employee on duty was working on the direct TV when we arrived, didn’t care to let us know that we were acknowledged or that she would be right there. Toilet barely flushed

I was not happy with the stay the towels had brown stains on them and so did the sheets it was disgustingly not ok

Room was fine. Hallways smelled.

we saw animal fur floating in the air as we step on the carpet. We smell dog as soon as we entered the room. Hallway upstair was uneven, the breakfast was truly awful. The staff was ok, but the facility and the room was the worst ever before.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, with a full menu of choices. We really enjoyed it.

If you're looking for a good night's sleep - look elsewhere. You can hear every noise in the building, and the outside noise is extremely loud. Couldn't sleep even with the TV on, and pretty sure there were gun shots in the parking lot.

They were very helpful, I accidentally booked my room for the wrong dates and was charged right away but there were able to help me change my dates. They are very friendly. Definitely will be staying there when I go back
