Faultless , everything & everyone great

The bar was well stocked and not over priced.It was a comfortable sociable place to spend an evening.We used the pool restaurant for breakfast which was really good.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and will definitely be coming back to stay

From check-in to checkout the staff at reception were outstanding and very helpful. The staff at the pool bar (Stacey, Peter) were brilliant and couldn't make you more welcome. The food was also lovely and I would definitely stay here again.

Good all Round

Room was clean . Had everything you would need in the kitchen.washing machine was very handy.

Our stat lly at Ona Los Claveles was exceptional, great location and a beautiful apartment. We had a townhouse type property which faced on to the pool, couldn't have asked for more. Staff were lovely and pool bar was great for snacks and drinks, all at a really reasonable price. Fantastic stay and will definitely return.

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s been modernised. Washing machine in the apartment too which is very handy for a familly or a long stay.

Peaceful accommodation. Friendly staff on reception and in the bar area. Great breakfast at the bar.

Staff veey friendly. Check-in quick & smooth especially when there were 16 of us on a golf trip. Bar great with happy hour each night. Restaurant/bar food good and reasonably priced. Pool area lovely. My only gripe would be the cost of a misplaced/lost key upon checking out to a an 81 year old gent who had been rushed to hospital only 48 hrs prior. €45 to have a key cut is shocking so anyone using this hotel look after your key!

Fab pool bar serving food and drinks during day with very friendly staff, good prices then evening bar and restaurant opens up. Entertainment in the evenings. Well positioned for night life but in a quiet area. Everyone makes you feel welcome. Already looking to book for next year .

Lovely welcoming friendly not too large resort. Beautifully kept gardens and public areas. Pool area very clean with delightful large pool and small children's pool. Well maintained and comfortable sunbeds with thick mattresses. The lovely friendly staff at the pool serve delicious food and drinks at very reasonable prices. Two happy hours daily and an hours evening entertainment nightly.

Great stay, fab apartment. Very clean and spacious. Only downside was the water pressure in the shower was too low. Overall highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely accommodation, would stay here again, ideal location for visiting attractions by bus and close to shops for some essentials, 24 hour shop nearby, overall handy location.

Best accommodation ever two bedroom upstairs. Separate en-suite. Shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid pool towels etc all included and air condition in price. Fab location bar staff and Alvis around pool fab - love it thanks for wonderful experience. Siam water park near by excellent. Best holiday ever very clean pool - restaurants fab too. 110%
