Strategic location in the city center, clean hotel and friendly service

The hotel is spacious, clean, the swimming pool is clean and big, the staff are friendly, in short, this is a recommended hotel if you go to Samarinda.

Comfortable, cool, nice atmosphere, family friendly.

Stayed on the 4th floor. For that price range, the room was quite comfortable, spacious too, only given a room at the very end, so it was quite a long walk to the elevator. The swimming pool was also okay, only it was open to the public, so it wasn't just the guests staying who could swim, it was a bit less comfortable.

For all housekeeping, it's good.

I am lack of words to express. The hotel maintenance is worst. Bed sheets with stains, floor with uncleaned long hair,almost all the in hold items(emanates) need to be replaced. Day one we have reached around 1AM as the hotel was looking good from exterior we took twin bed room even the price was more than double. Day 2 we have extended as we got a deal price for cottage in the same hotel that was too terrible to even. Please check the pictures below. I request management please focus on the maintenance of the rooms I can understand the hotel need maintenance as it’s huge but rooms should be neat and good as paid by the customer(they will spend the time in room not under the trees). I buffet breakfast have many verities but almost same menu daily.

Yes, okay, the place is good, it's in the city area, but it's a bit far away from the food court.

Highly recommended here for a family vacation

The receptionist was friendly, but the bellboy wasn't very helpful. Many parts of the room were dusty. Even the glasses and teapot were covered in dust. The AC was also very dirty, but still cool. The swimming pool was clean, great for kids. Breakfast was quite varied and delicious.

I loved the large room and the balcony overlooking the pool. Unfortunately, breakfast wasn't served to my room (I asked for it because it was a family wedding and I was getting my makeup done at 6 a.m. and finished at 10 a.m.).
