Loved our stay. It’s next to the largest mall Lulu mall and offers buggy service. The staff prateek( from utttarkhand) in the breakfast looked after us so well - incredible service and displayed Marriott hospitality- went out of the way to serve us. The pool was excellent and so well maintained and spa service is highly recommended- the gym trainer was excellent. Overall 5 stars.

Clean room and facilities, excellent breakfast buffet, helpful and friendly staff. The one critique is of the executive lounge. Paid extra for rooms with lounge access. Arrived to the hotel just after midnight, hoped to get some beverages and maybe light snacks from the lounge. There was barely anything left in the fridges. Returned the next morning for coffee, breakfast, which is advertised as being available in the lounge. The coffee machine wasn’t working, no staff in sight, crumbs on the counters, absolutely nothing in any of the fridges. I mentioned this to the staff in the lobby and was told that I can return at 5 for high tea. Obviously, extra $ for executive lounge access was a complete waste.

Everything was fabulous. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Good room, good breakfast

The rooms are very clean and had regular supply of clean linen. Staff is very courteous, friendly . The breakfast buffet is great.. a wide array of food. Sarif and his team made sure the best delicacies were served. Had a chance to thank the chef and the restaurant manager for the great food quality!! Will definitely stay here for all the great reasons.

Food - exceptional just very large portions when ordering in both restaurants. Hotel - exceptional just very loud in the reception and restaurants due to overly loud music making it very difficult to hold conversations or hear the hotel staff. Lovely flautist during breakfast and good facilities. Room cleaning service wonderful.

The management and staff went the extra mile to please and accommodate all guests. I was impressed that they encouraged handicapped members in front line customer facing roles. The managers were seen guiding and encouraging staff to deliver a pleasant stay.

Always a great stay due to location. Spa treatments were great. Short but overall great stay.

Good hotel. Next to the mall. Nice gym.
