Great location. We were on the 7th floor overlooking the lake and Lotte tower. The view was great night and day. The cleaning staff was friendly. The hotel decor might not be to everyone’s taste but it was clean and well stocked with amenities. Would definitely stay again if back in that area.

Impeccable

We got this hotel for the view of Lotte World and Seoul Sky. There’s a park right in front too. Although a little dated, it has everything you need in a hotel. A little bit of a walk to Jamsil station but doable.

I was very pleased with my stay. Make sure to get a room 7th, 8th or 9th floor for the better view of the lake. The lake has a beautiful path for a walk or jog. Its about 2miles for a lap

Great view and affortable price

Our room had a very strong cigarette smell. They did accommodate us with a new room, but without a view (we had pay extra in order to have the view) however we were very tired and just took whatever was available. I was disappointed.

The view was the biggest plus over looking the city and the location is next to a lot of tourist spots. One including lotte world

Cleanliness of sheets questionable. Hot water pressure very low. Ventilation in room bad. Air con blows directly on you when in bed.

The stay was awesome except for the room service. It took an hour to get our food.

I had an overall great stay, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the hotel staff had a difficult time understanding english. Though I had s non smoking room, the smell of smoke over took the room coming from the hallway and filled the floor I was on . The room was extremely clean, and the veiw was amazing. It's the perfect hotel to stay at seeing that you're so close to all the attractions.

Near by stores & restaurants . Walking distance to bus station, taxi is always available. Airport bus is walking distance and weather was nice

Great hotel and great location! The only downside was the hard mattress and pillow. Everything else was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was ok for the distance where I was planning to visit, Lotte Concert Hall & Lotte World Tower. It was quite short distance from where I stayed and I was able to see the view of the lake.

My 3rd time staying at this hotel, and it's a great place to stay. I mainly get it because of the area and the view. It faces Lotte World and the Lotte World Tower.

This hotel was recommended to me by people living in the community. I am so glad they did. It was clean, comfortable, and had lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The cost was reasonable and the staff extremely attentive, although English was not their strong point. If you need to take a taxi from the hotel I recommend having the address printed in English.
