It was cool, comfortable, and the staff were quick. Unfortunately, while we were staying there, a monkey came down and took the food from the front desk in the outside room. It scared us a bit, but the security guard quickly chased it away.

Friendly staff, strategic location, adequate room size. Unfortunately, the bathroom is outside if you stay in a garden view villa. Another drawback is the strong smell of cigarettes lingering in the bedroom. Overall, it's quite good, but cleanliness could be improved. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is strategically located, comfortable, beautiful, with lots of gardens, and clean. The breakfast menu is complete. The room is nice, new building, and the bed is big. The water was off at dawn, but luckily it came back on quickly. The hot and cold water settings could be improved, so it doesn't suddenly go cold or suddenly get really hot. But the water flow is strong, which is nice. Overall, it's comfortable here, and I'd like to stay here again next time. It's also suitable for large families or groups.

Very comfortable and family-friendly. The rooms are clean, the hotel grounds are clean, and the staff are all friendly. There's a swimming pool, garden, animals, and a children's playground, so you won't get bored. The hotel rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. Very impressive.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is on the main road so it is easy to access, very close to Grojogan Sewu ticket counter 1, there is a play area & children's swimming pool.

Not disappointing staying here

The room was quite clean, and the view was beautiful. However, the breakfast was mostly sold out, perhaps because we stayed on a public holiday.

Strategic location and spacious rooms

Many of the bathroom fixtures were broken (the washbasin faucet had no filter), and the shower spray was uneven because many of the nozzles were crusty. The bathroom door handle was stiff, making a loud noise when turned on.
