very pleasant... comfortable atmosphere, all staff are friendly, delicious food... my family and I haven't been here for 1 month and have already stayed there twice... hopefully it will be even better in the future in all aspects...

the location is close to other tourist attractions. the facilities are good. the bed is big. the place is clean. kids friendly too

Highly recommended for a fairly large family like us. Spacious room, big bed, sofa, all-you-can-eat breakfast, and a wide variety of menus. There is a swimming pool. The service is also satisfying. We will stay again next time 🥰

I stayed here for 1 day on my way back to Jakarta, strategic location in Tawangmangu Next hopefully I can have a vacation here again

hotel staff/security are very friendly and helpful, just a little problem my room poll side family 207 the lights went out at 12 midnight only briefly no more than 5 minutes on. the rest I like, the pool facilities and the surrounding environment are clean, child friendly, and what I like is the breakfast taste and atmosphere with live music is very impressive, thank you Hotel Indah Palace.

overall good. only when we stayed there it rained very heavily. the kids were hungry, at noon we tried rabbit satay and in the evening wanted a different snack. when we went to the restaurant it was closed so we were forced to go out to look for cup noodles on foot. luckily the friendly receptionist lent us an umbrella. breakfast was varied and the taste suited our palate
