I stayed in the Bougainvillea room, a spacious room with a living room, a water dispenser in the room, a TV with YouTube and Netflix. The breakfast was varied and delicious, but when I stayed at 9 a.m., breakfast was already closed. There is a swimming pool but it's not very clean. There are horse rentals and satay sellers in the hotel area.

I am very grateful for the excellent hotel service. I had an unforgettable experience staying at the Indah Palace Tawangmangu Hotel. I left my wedding ring in one of the hotel rooms after checking out. With the help of the hotel staff, they found it and delivered it safely to my home. My home is in Gresik, quite far from the hotel. Thank you again for the excellent service.

Recommended for family vacation, friendly staff. Hotel food has many choices, only women who sell sometimes come in front of the room to follow guests who are swimming, this is not a visitor, it is uncomfortable.

Spacious room type bougainvillea 1 location in the front there is a dining table set and a sofa set that is separated from the bedroom there are 2 kingsize type beds suitable for 4 or 6 people complete facilities .. there is a dispenser inside only between the shower and the closet there is no partition so when taking a shower the toilet floor area is all wet and there are ants that enter from the plant area outside .. strategic location adequate parking varied breakfast friendly staff overall ok especially the wi-fi per room the speed is really ok God willing will stay holiday here again

Highly recommended for a fairly large family like us. Spacious room, big bed, sofa, all-you-can-eat breakfast, and a wide variety of menus. There is a swimming pool. The service is also satisfying. We will stay again next time 🥰
