Room service is very minimal, no hot water available, no slippers either, hotel staff is not friendly at all, the only good thing about this hotel is that it is located near the airport and there is a shuttle to Tambo airport every hour

The room is okay, comfortable enough for your transit hotel before going to the airport. Even though, it would be better if they can replace the sink and a bit old furniture. There is also a swimming pool and gym. The hotel also provides a free airport shuttle every 30 mins that you need to reserve beforehand. Other than that, the location is very good because you can find nearby shopping malls like East Rand Mall, Palms Mall, East Point etc.
