The in room heating is so loud I couldn’t sleep more than 15 minutes at a time or be cold. Definitely don’t recommend for light sleepers. Also sink was backing up almost immediately.

I booked this hotel to save money, but it ended up costing me more than a slightly more expensive hotel in town, which was only about ten years newer, modern, and offered excellent service, spacious rooms, quality finishes, and a pool. My Bose headphones went missing during my stay. Staff were apologetic but delayed taking any action until it was too late and the camera footage was lost. The Director of Operations insisted my stay had been “enjoyable,” yet offered no compensation, adding to the frustration. I would never stay here again. It was quite run down and a case of being penny wise and headphone foolish.

Great place to stay at an unbeatable price.

The staff were very friendly, the indoor sauna was great after skiing, and it was fun staying above a brewery. We did not find the brewery to be too loud. There is an elevator, so you can easily bring ski equipment to your room.

Room was very clean. Virtually spotless. View of Chief was amazing. Food was delicious and you get ten percent off as a guest. Beers were great. Staff were all friendly. Would stay again.

We had no issues parking right out front of the Inn both days we stayed. This isn't a 5 star resort by any means, but for the price we paid it was well worth it to be closer to Whistler during ski season.

Only negative was air conditioning unit rattled so we took off the filter on top and that took care of the problem

The room was dated but nice, bathroom shower could have been more clean. The bed was good. The sauna however did not work which was very disappointing - it was one of the main reasons I chose this location.

Parking was easy, the restaurant attached was awesome and the staff was very friendly. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and we had a nice stay.

We had no hot water and we requested help from the reciptionist she was quite rude and unhelpful and offered us a discount on our second night and did not honour this.

Staff are amazing, rooms are dated but always super clean. The new mini split heat pumps are a new addition for the summers..... but freak'n loud. Im very loyal to Howe Sound, it's an amazing place and will always book there, however they do need to improve on maintenance and not just handyman patch work.
