My room was epic with a window to the street Borgo Pio! Bravo!

Rooms were immaculate, staff were courteous, breakfast was wonderful.

Hotel Sant ‘Anna is in a great location close to Vatican City, the metro, and many restaurants & tourist shops. We were comfortable and had space for our family of four. The hotel is nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the annoyance of having to walk past the restaurants hawkers (with their high-pressure sales pitch to lure in you and others) who on the street in front of the hotel, but that was the trade-off for convenience.

This hotel is very quaint near everything to walk. The front desk was very nice and helpful and polite. Nice breakfast in the morning too. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was outstanding. Very helpful and friendly. Location very walkable, close to Vatican and also short walk to subway, etc the room was comfortable and shower had good water pressure.

The facilities are good, staff amazing, the location is unbeatable if you are looking to stay near the Vatican. The Breakfast is okay. In others words, highly recomended hotel.

Excelent hotel for stay in the best place of Rome

The staff was wonderful and the room was beautiful. I do not not if the room I had was an upgrade, but either way it was beautiful. I'm booking this hotel in an upcoming stay.

Wonderful stay in a fabulous location! Welcoming and friendly staff were most accommodating and helpful with our needs and questions. Well-appointed rooms. Delicious buffet breakfast. Great restaurant and gelato vendor on either side of the lovely entrance. We can’t wait to return for a repeat stay!
