If you are looking for a nice bBB stay this insnt it. You sign in down the block at a local nearby hotel. Breakfast is served at that same hotel not in the bnb . You must pay to park about a block away . There is no one to help you in the actual bnb . Our spa in bathroom didn’t work. Did I walk a block naked to tell the hotel guy? No I didn’t The man who signed us in wouldn’t even allow me to ask a question before he answered it The location is perfect for shopping etc Not what we were hoping for as far as bnb is concerned

Great breakfast in the hotel Fairview hotel nearby was the only positive, Dont bother to rent copper kettle, pay little more and just go for hotel. Tiny rooms, cramped stairs, thin walls with moisy environement. Bathroom so tiny, you can not sit on the toilet. Heating did not work and had to complain expedia to get electric heater issued to the room.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Lovely place to stay in Killarney, very wakable to the centre with pubs and restaurants. There is a car park just up the road, breakfast was excellent and was served in a close by hotel

Very cute. Great location, walking distance to sit down. The rooms were very small with two adults and luggage. You could barely move in the room. The bathrooms are very small. I could hear the people next-door, which made sense since it was a small house.

Located close to shops and restaurants but still in a quiet neighborhood. Higher recommended !

There was a smoke detector with a dead battery that was beeping very loud in the hall. When I called at about 7pm they said it would be dealt with that night. After a sleepless night with constant beeping, they only dealt with it until 5:45am at which point they set off the fire alarm 6 times. Decorative blanket on bed was clearly dirty and shower wasn't draining properly. Those wouldn't have been as big of an issue if they had dealth with the fire alarm beeping properly.

Clean room, National Park access, breakfast delicious and staff friendly and helpful.

Absolutely ADORED our stay! Super convenient, breakfast was exceptional, it is super handy to everything, and it was a lovely clean room. A true joy to stay here!!!

Nice B&B, conveniently located. No parking on site but city parking is just accross the street and prices were very low. Check in is on on-site but at the hotel down the road, very close and convenient. The location was great to walk around to many shops, restaurants and pubs. No fan or AC, so not sure how hot it would get on summer days. We traveled in May and it was perfect.

This property is quirky. The decorations were much to be desired. However, with the curtains and lights we were able to make it very dark and quiet leaving it some of the best sleep we had in Ireland. The location is perfect next to plenty of pubs, shopping, and public transiet. The parking was easy. With the activities in the area our vehicle was not in the parking lot during pay times so we got to park for free.

Air conditioning

Unfortunately for us, we had issues with the bathroom. And the bed was so small and uncomfortable. It was quaint but we could hear the other guests in their rooms or closet.

Easy access to town

The staff here were so helpful and generous. The property was beautiful, conveniently located in Killarney town, and the breakfast was included and excellent.

Loved everything about this little BnB, it was super cute and cozy! We had breakfast in the dining room of the hotel that is part of the property and the staff there were all as sweet as they could be, and the breakfasts were amazing!! Other than some noisy neighbors the first night it was a perfect stay, and my sister and I felt perfectly safe walking around the neighborhood even at night!! Would highly recommend this BnB to anyone!
