I considered a resort that isn't easily accessible to enjoy less crowds and this was it . Please do research regarding location and ease of transportation when in this area . No public transportation in this island ie taxi , jeepney or bus .These should be helpful to know. The staff was excellent.

A one of a jind property and location. Great villas and overall layout. Very quiet and a little isolated but thats part of its charm. Great for couples.

Great place,qiuet and out of the way with some excellent dive sites.

I highly recommend this place if one is looking for a serene place to relax and unwind. The stairs leading to the beach is an allure of the property. The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves without having to worry about rowdy crowds and loud patrons.

Staff was 100% and treated us like family for our 5 day stay. Nice snorkeling and diving from the resort staircase. Meals were great and included complimentary breakfast. Overall excellent stay

The food, every meal, was amazing!! The staff went out of their way to give us a level of service I have not seen in years. The owner was present, friendly, and made sure we were happy. The property is amazing and the sunsets nemorable. Will DEFINETLY stay here again!!!

Great resort that sits on top of a cliff with beautiful rock formations below that are accessible by stairs. The ocean view from the resort and the cottages is incredible. I need to also commend the staff who are all polite, knowledgeable, pleasant and competent. The restaurant food is Western-quality. I highly recommend this resort.

If youd like a calm romantic experience with beautiful veiws and sunsets, look no further. The villas are lovely, staff are friendly and provide you a lovely experience, I Iooked at the negative reviews made by some walk in guests and cant imagine this to be true. The owner and staff take great pride in this piece of heaven, looks like faulty customer, not staff. I would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed Kawayan Holiday Resort the staff, food, and facilities are top notch, can't wait to visit again! Love the slightly remote location , intimate setting having few villa,s and wonderful snorkeling!

The property is overrated . The management is non existent at all. Very bad customer service

This is a wonderful place with the staff doing a very "high touch" job with us. The room was very nice, the setting was beautiful, the food was exceptional. We especially liked the outdoor bathroom, very private yet very open! 3 small nits, 1. The Internet was intermittent, however, every time I have been to Siquijor, this has been the case. 2. The advertisement indicated there was beach access and this was not true, there were stairs to the beach but they were blocked off. 3. I have become very used to the bidet (butt hose) while here in the Philippines and this property does not have them. However, the positives absolutely outweigh these nits and I would heartily recommend this place to anyone. BTW, I saw the first firefly in my life here on our last night. This wonderful resort is not inexpensive but it is worth every peso! P.S. The owner responded that for safety, we were kept off the beach due to a large Westerly wind and high waves.

The resort was wonderful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, set on a cliff with stunning views of ocean and sunsets. The restaurant was very personal and the food ranged from good to very good. The ONLY drawback is the location. It is a one hour ride (take a car, NOT a tricycle) up steep rugged hills, and it is in a VERY isolated location. We hired a driver to take us to the nearest town. There was NOTHING to do there. If you're looking for a quiet, maybe romantic stay....definitely go here!! If you want to venture out and explore, maybe this isn't the best choice.

The way they made our stay as convenient as possible. Didn't expect to find such a high, European standard on the island of siquijor. Totally recommended!

Tuck away from main roads or tourist centers of the island (don't get worried when the drive to the hotel is taking you on bumpy roads), this boutique hotel is perfect for quiet relaxation. The staff is incredibly attentive and since with just a few rooms, you feel part of a small family immediately. They also offer a fully equipped diving center, however, our stay was too short to try diving as well.
