Nice hotel, cozy space! The staff are super cute and enthusiastic, ready to help customers, especially your manager Caroline! The hotel is near the lake, so it is convenient to travel and near many delicious places like Pho Ly Quoc Su, chicken noodle Nguyet, ...! Next time will continue to stay in this hotel if Hanoi!

One needs to expect the smaller spaces of downtown Hanoi, it’s part of the charm I cherish about the city. There is very clever use of space and I enjoyed the weekend night ambiance from the tiny private balcony overlooking the busy little street in front of the hotel with wonderful aromas from a top notch restaurant across the street. If anything the receptionist was overly friendly in his best attempt to please. Breakfast offered excellent fresh fruit in a crowded, yet intimate setting. Worth a return visit.

Nice room and good service. The receptionists are very helpful and attentive. The hotel location is quite convenient too. Good for a three stars hotel.
