The host is excellent, breakfast is very good great coffee. Rustic place ,clean with great hospitality.

You can hear anything in the rooms, lack of parking and you need to walk with luggage.

We stayed one night whilst we were travelling, we booked last minute and turned up 5 minutes later, the host was very accommodating and gave us a better room than I had booked as he could see that I had a problem walking and was using crutches, therefore accommodating us downstairs instead of upstairs. The mattress was brand new just days ago and I had a really good nights sleep on it. Our room was in a separate building to the rest of the hotel, down the road slightly. There are a few parking spaces outside the hotel on the car park but when we came back after dinner the spaces were all taken so we parked on the road just across from our room. Breakfast was a buffet selection and someone made coffee for us. Great value for money.

Nice little place to stay. A bit far from the beach but I still walked it which took a little less than an hour one-way. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and Luni train station is 10 mins away by foot. My favorite part about staying there was the brewery directly across the street. Great beer, great food.

The hotel was very nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is 15 minutes from the beach.

The owners are the most gracious people, so helpful. Next time I must be sure that there is Air Con. It was soooooo hot in the room. If you like trains, you are fine. The train line is close to the hotel and goes all night. There is a discotheque close, loud and goes all night. I was driving 300 KLms. A day so there there was no rest in this hotel.

We were very disappointed in our stay here. The room was incredibly outdated and the blanket on the bed didn't seem very clean, nor did the floor. There was a window that looked out onto nothing, really, but we needed to keep it open because it was about 38 degrees C. in the room. There was no air conditioning, no fan....nothing. It was unbearably hot and there was nothing we could do about it. It was also difficult to sleep because the hotel is located right near the train tracks so you hear trains coming and going from early morning until late at night. The shower consisted of a shower head and a drain on the floor, so when you bathed, you also flooded the tiny bathroom with water. Everything got soaked so we couldn't leave anything on the sink. It was a lousy experience and certainly not worth the price we paid. When we left the hotel, I saw a woman standing in the bathroom near the reception who was half-dressed (she had pants on but was just wearing a bra)...I have no idea what that was al about but it certainly wasn't something you expect to see in a public place. Although the staff was personable, we sincerely regret booking this hotel.

Siamo stati Nella depandance a pochi metri dalla struttura, silenzioso, ingresso indipendente e bella visita sulle colline, stanza un po' agè ma perfettamente in ordine.

C’était un hébergement très accueillant et propre le buffet pour petit déjeuner nickel. Mais il faut savoir que c’est mieux d’y aller en voiture car le transport en commun c’est nulle vraiment on peu galerer. Mais sinon mon séjour a été super bien, très agréable…

Una piacevole struttura, il personale gentile, soprattutto il titolare, una buona posizio, parcheggio privato e ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo.
