toilet was not cleaned, shower drain really smelly and the room has visible stains probably from moisture. There was also a huge puddle under a window on one of the flowers after rain.Ac howvever was excellent and staff was really nice and helpfull.The bed was very comfortable. The room just needs repainting and bathroom a complete clean up from top to bottom.Mirror had stains..

when we arrived the bathroom was wet, there were cockroaches on the towels, the mattress and cupboard had been patched with tape. the advantage is that it is very close to the harbor, market, and supermarket.

1. Water heater (shower) not functioning. It should be checked before selling to the customer. No excuse. 2. Electric kettle needs to be requested. 3. No Wi-Fi. 4. No TV channel service. 5. Dirty lift floor (for the 4th time checking in). 6. Very late response for customer room calling.

Hotel facilities are according to budget hotel prices. Bed to sleep in, bathroom with warm water, no water/drinking bottles, no water kettle, no cupboard, not even a doormat. The good thing is that there is an elevator, the staff is friendly. There is a Myr 50 deposit for non-Malaysians. Location near the port, 5 minutes walk. At 5 pm the shop near the hotel is closed, you can order via food panda or Shopee food. In the morning there is a shop 200 m away ready for affordable breakfast. It's about 1 hour from the airport, if there's no traffic jam, take Grab for around 30 ringgit.

Quite comfortable in its class. The bathroom has warm water, the bathroom needs to be improved in cleaning, there is no soap or mat.

As per expected for a budget stay. Friendly staff. Need to ask for floor mat/towel to put in front of bathroom door. ((room we stay, got cockroach 😅).

The room allocated for me was smelly. I suspect the bed sheet was not changed after the previous tenant stay. I was fortunate that the man at the reception changed my room. A little bit better than the earlier one. But still cleanliness is the main factor with this hotel. Bathroom floor was not well cleaned, stains on the bathroom floor are visible. No rug provided for bathroom, so I wet the room floor after I go out from bathroom. Even though this is a budget hotel, but cleanliness cannot be compromised.

The hotel facilities are very lacking. But according to the cheap price. Only use this hotel to sleep at night. The only advantage of this hotel is the friendly staff.

The toilet light is not on, there is no aircond remote so I can't adjust the temperature 😡 the sheets smell bad like they haven't been washed. It smells crazy

I was very disappointed with the facilities provided by the hotel. Like 1. Torn bath towels 2. No foot wipes 3. Leaking shower pipes I hope the hotel can improve the facilities and improve this hotel.

No hot water when I want to take a shower, dirty room and also the bathroom door is broken.

There was baby cockroach on the bed. And toilet's floor also not clean enough. No floor mat at the toilet's entrance as well. Ants' sighted on wall and also bed.
