Tina was very friendly and provided information on places to go. The room was clean and quiet and very close to the metro, shopping and Cafe Ritter and had a private bath. She was available when ever we needed something and for a very reasonable price did our laundry. Highly recommend.

Pay attention to check in details - it is a short period between noon and 2 pm. My check in, however, was wonderful. Not only did she accommodate a late check in, she assisted me in finding the parking ramp as Vienna streets are very complicated.

We arrived at K&T only to find that Expedia hadn't confirmed our booking. Tina arrived immediately to take control of the situation. What a wonderful person she is. She was able to provide a room for our first night and sent us out to explore. In the meantime, she contacted Expedia and secured another room for our second night. The next morning, she walked us to the new hotel and got us settled. She goes above and beyond to accommodate her visitors, even when they aren't expected. She also told us what to see and instructed us on getting our transportation to the airport on our final day. I would highly recommend K&T primarily because of the personal service and care. Besides that, the room was clean and very quiet and close to the Metro stop.

Great location for this place, with a subway stop literally around the corner and across the street. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke great English. The room was clean, comfortable, and large. I would stay here again.

The rooms are on the ground floor of a lovely and grand old house. The staircase is amazing! We were greeted by a very friendly lady who not only showed us our room and gave us a map but she also talked us through the area. The location is close to all the sights and there are plenty of cheaper-style restaurants and bars in walking distance. The room itself was large, light and modern. The bed and mattress very comfortable, the shower new and clean and everything was working flawlessly. No hesitation of recommending to anyone! Vienna itself was wonderful. Stylish and classy. Plenty of Art Museums and Exhibitions for cold weekends. We loved it. Only downside: In Vienna smoking indoors is still allowed. Bars, Restaurants, Cafe-Houses.... we came back with all our clothes smelling of smoke. The rooms are NON-SMOKING though which was good.

When I booked this, I asked for a quiet room and we got one! Tina checked us in then took the time to showed us where to go, what to do, how to get around and advice for buying multi-day tram tickets. Our room was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The boardinghouse is located just around the corner from the tram and bus line, near grocery stores, shops and is about a 20 minute walk to the museums.

it was really comfortable. Amazing location, friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are spacious and super clean. it's right at the center so everything is at a walking distance. We got help everytime when we encountered a problem, like we wanted to go to Prague for a couple of days and were worried about carrying the heavy suitcase with us so they offered us to keep the suitcase with them till the time we return from Prague. This will be the place we stay from now on when we are in Vienna.

K&T is a very comfortable guesthouse in a lively neighbourhood of Vienna within walking distance (or 2/3 metro stops) to the museums quarter and city centre. The room was spacious and well equipped and we appreciated the kettle for hot drinks. There's plenty of nearby cafes for breakfast and meals.
