First of all there was a few things that were not too good, I arrived earlier and they charged me for a an extra half price of the regular price, and there a couple of things that were missing, toilet paper was half empty, shower towels, it was only one, in my experience I don’t think I’m going to use them again, sorry about my experience, I think that probably someone else has a different opinion.

Beautiful property. Swimming pool could be a bit cleaner.

No respetan las reservaciones hechas y pagadas en Expedia.

Descontenta con el servicio. Mi reservacion y pago fue para una habitación Deluxe, al llegar me dijeron que estaban desabilitadas. No quisieron regresar mi dinero y me compensaron con desayunos durante mí estancia.. hay demasiado profesionalismo del personal que no hacen la estancia grata.

Falta limpieza sobre todo en los baños de las habitaciones

I arrived to a room with a broken sink and an entry door that looked like someone tried to kick in at some point. I asked the lady up front to move me to another room with a sink that wasn't broken. She stated that I'd have to pay about $100 dollars more to get another room. I couldn't believe it. I called Expedia and got out of there.

Budget motel with budget service. Beautiful gardens for a nice stroll, if possible ask for a suite with gardens view. Wear insect repellent!. Good restaurant, smells from kitchen can get your appetite going. Basic service do not expect much for the price.

Excelente lugar y atención con relación calidad/precio. Muy bonito.

BASURA EN LOS BOTES DE BASURA AL INGRESAR A LA HABITACION, EL AIRE NO SERVIA Y HABIA CUCARACHAS, MUCHO RUIDO

Mi habitación estaba sucia me dieron otra, que no cumplió mis expectativas y la recepción muy mala

Habitación muy limpia con aire acondicionado, personal atento, el restaurante tiene cocina mexicana muy rica, disfrutamos mucho de la alberca

La habitación estaba limpia, aunque me salieron en el transcurso de la estancia 3 cucarachas, habia una envoltura de galletas en la cabecera, una liga debajo de la almohada, tiene muchísima humedad y se notaba en los marcos de las puertas todo el salitre, el camcel de baño lleno de sarro, sin shampoo ni jabon, el sanitario tenia fuga

Falta mantenimiento al hotel y aire acondicionado.

Rente 2 habitaciones, de las cuales una no le servia el seguro de la puerta. Se reporto a recepcion y el personal lo reparo al momento. Tambien teniamos problemas con el internet ya que la señal era muy debil. Debido a que el access point se encuentra alejado de las habitaciones.

estuvo bien solo que el aire acondicionado no servía.

En general bien, la habitación cómoda y limpia, el restaurante EXCELENTE SERVICIO, SABOR Y ATENCIÓN, en recepción no sentí que así fuera, si bien el check in es 3pm, cuando llegué apenas si saludo e inmediatamente me dijo que hasta las 3 tendría la habitación
