The room lights are yellow so the room is a bit dim, and the corridor lights are turned off during the day so it's a bit creepy, but overall the service is great.

Hotel Haris is pleasant, the staff are friendly and the service is fast.

Cool... It's clean, spacious, fragrant, soft, all the staff are friendly... Only the swimming pool if you want to swim must be after 10 because I swam at 9 am it was still cold, there was no sun yet. Anyway, the hotel is cool, the best, the kids felt at home making me want to go there again... And next time I want to try the one that includes breakfast... Yesterday I didn't have the same breakfast.

Great, recommended for those who want a staycation with views of Bandung city, but are on a limited budget.

The only downside is that the parking is a bit far to the basement.

Friendly staff, can extend check out time by 1/2 hour for prayers before leaving.

I've stayed at HARRIS before, the staff was friendly, the environment was also friendly and nice because when we first arrived we passed the apartment, eh they were very kind to direct us to the hotel through here. Then the room was very spacious, the cleanliness was also okay, the bathroom was clean and okay. But yesterday we wanted to stay overnight and not eat, so we didn't know the taste of the food either, next time we can try it. God willing, I want to come back again with a different room type🙏🥰👍

Very spacious, very friendly service.

The room was nice and spacious, although the flooring wasn't vinyl or carpeted. However, the parking lot was shared with the apartment/hotel next door. I can't imagine what it would be like if there was a convention going on, having to search for parking and not find one. The pool and playground area were poorly maintained, with an unpleasant odor. The room was okay, though, and there was a hairdryer.

Comfortable for holidays with children

The hotel is comfortable, clean, the hotel staff are very friendly, the only drawback is that there is no dispenser for refilling drinking water in the room so you have to ask the hotel staff to refill it.

The reception never ask me if I am smooker or not, then he gave a smooking room. Sleeping in a room which smelt of smooke for non smooker is like sleep in the hell.

got the 11th floor, the view is quite good

This hotel has become my go-to hotel when I visit Bandung. The rooms are spacious, the beds are big, and the staff is friendly. Parking is a bit tricky, though.

The rooms are spacious and clean. There's a pool and a kids' club. The location is close to various culinary options and minimarts. Ample parking, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. A water dispenser should be provided to fill the glass teapots in the rooms.

I really enjoyed staying at the Harris Hotel Ciumbuleuit. The hotel staff, including the security guard, were friendly. The rooms were large, clean, and tidy. There was plenty of storage space and power outlets.
