Yesterday I had a staycation on February 14th. What I felt was lacking were: 1. The staff was not very helpful. There were 3 front desks, and it was busy. But we were told to queue, only 1 desk was serving. Why weren't more than 1 open? No one helped me to the room and the breakfast information etc. was unclear. I was carrying a crying baby and carrying a bag, but no staff offered any help. 2. I called twice from the room, but no one answered? Not very fast response. 3. When I got to the room, everything was fine, only the refrigerator wasn't working. The TV, OMG, the channels were terrible, there was no entertainment at all in the room. 4. The Wi-Fi was slow. 5. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the staff were friendly and helpful. Here's the thing... I stayed at Harris yesterday for about 1.3 nights, I think it's not cheap. I expected more, the service is like a hotel under 1 million Harris, for that price. I don't recommend you, there are many other hotels that are better for this price. I'm not coming back.
