The check in process was horrible! The room was clean but the outside wasn’t the best. I saw a dead rat. There was no internet at all, we couldn’t watch tv . I would not recommend this property nor will so stay there

There was no communication about checking in. There is no checking in. The area is not near anything, it seems more residential. No shops, no restaurants.

Property is just as the pictures described a lil wear here and there but the is expected. other than that it was good stay

Excellent scenery

I made a booking with them after the designated check-in time, but since I didn’t stay at the property, I requested a refund—which they refused to issue.

Perfect for a family to stay and spread out. Only issue was no one was ever in the office.

Was great, thy knew a louder geoup was coming so they moved us to a quieter spot with an upgrade. Super friendly, changed the linens every 2 days. Th pool was nice and the grounds were very secure. Beautiful landscaping.

We were there as a family for a memorial service. The peoperty was besutiful, quiet and the staff was helpful, kind and very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

The atmosphere was amazing my wife loved it will definitely be booking again. The only thing we didn’t favor too much was the minor noise that the air conditioner was making whilst running

I disliked the fact that my check in was for 3p.m and when I came to checkin they spoke to me through a camera door bell not even the front desk, and told me to they would call me when my room was available. I came back a little over an hour and the room had just started to be cleaned. There was no one on the grounds incase i needed anything. And checking out i rang the door bell and someone spoke to me through a window from the top floor. The experience was terrible and I wouldnt recomend the stay to anyone

No phone available. Nothing within walking distance to get food from a grocery store or restaurant. Without a phone I was unable to call a cab to go anywhere. I felt abandoned and stranded.

The property was attractive!! There was a pungent odor in the sitting area by the pool. Because of trapped water under a flooring. The staff was polite and accommodating.
