The hotel staff was very friendly during check-in and check-out. The security staff were also responsive and quick with parking.

Nice and very comfortable, only when checking in it was a bit uncomfortable because there were a lot of staff sitting at the reception desk.

The Grand Antares Hotel is not well maintained, the staff are not friendly, when guests arrive the door is not opened even though there is staff at the door.

When checking in to the room, the door couldn't be opened. I had trouble calling the employee to come down from the 9th floor to the Gth floor. According to SOP, the employee should accompany the guest to the front of the room, then open the room door and inform them about the facilities.
