Cute little boutique hotel. We loved our stay there. We also ate in the restaurant which was also outstanding. All of the staff we interacted with went out of their way to be helpful.

more of a restaurant than a hotel , but the room & stay was lovely . The hotel is just located in not a very tourist friendly area it was so confusing we just stayed there for the night and didn’t really have anywhere to walk to .

Fantastic people - couldn’t have been any more welcoming. Both me and my partner got good poisoning (from a seperate restaurant in town) and they were nothing but helpful in the morning letting us stay until we were able to get off.

Large and spacious room, clean, quiet, great staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was fantastic. The property itself is in an industrial area so you need to take transportation if you want to go see things. Also ti access the hotel you have to go through the restaurant. But like I said the room was great. We tried to get cocktails at the bar one evening and the restaurant staff were not keen on that. Wanted the tables for dinner service. The breakfast buffet was good, except there was a fly issue on the cheese platter. So we just avoided the cheese.

One of the best places I have ever stayed. Michel and Julia treated us like family and we were so sad to leave. The food was the best we had in Geneva! The apartment we stayed in was huge and beautiful. I can not stress enough how wonderful the staff and hotel is. I would go back in a heartbeat!

This was a one night stay for us before heading home. This hotel was beautiful. Check in for this hotel is in it’s restaurant. We were extremely pleased with our room. It was beautiful, well stocked and the bed was comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good.

Massive rooms, clean and quiet. Breakfast is good

Great room and facilities at Chez Maman. Really friendly and helpful staff on reception who were extremely informative, we only stayed one night so were grateful for this assistance. We were kindly given a pass for city transportation that was a great help in getting us in and out of the centre of town quickly. Although breakfast was not included in the price of our room we were offered it free of charge which was greatly appreciated. Only negative of note we could see was that our room was located behind the restaurant. Luckily we returned from Geneva centre as the restaurant was closing for the night, so realistically the loud noises we could hear affected us for about five minutes total. But worth noting if you plan on returning your room before 11pm at night.

When I travel to Geneva, Chez Maman is my go-to hotel. My admin knows to book it automatically.

A lovely boutique hotel with good sized rooms. Minimalist decor making it look spacious. Enjoyed eating in at their restaurant which seem popular.

Great staff and good food if you don't want to venture out . My only complaint is the room is too hot and when you open window it's too noisy from traffic . I would therefore suggest air conditioning or perhaps ceiling fans .

Not impressed. We booked a double standard room that according to their site includes air conditioning. They have a small standing fan and other than that zero ventilation in the room. We could not open the window because they had a DJ blasting music until 1am. When we complained and asked if there was anything they could do about the inconvenience, they said no because it clearly states on their website that they have no air conditioning and play music. We went to their site and it actually says our room DOES include AC and that music is played until 10:30pm, not 1 in the morning. It is also quite far from the center of the city, but they do supply a free pass for the public transportation which was appreciated. Also, the rooms are very very small and just overall not worth it. Also, please note that hotels.com states that it is 10 Francs per STAY for parking, but it is actually 10 Francs per DAY. The hotel at least refunded us for that and honored what was written on hotels.com. Also, the WiFi went in and out a lot. They have good croissants tho :)

We were the only people in this hotel on Easter Sunday and the hotel was so diligent in communicating to us to make sure we were checked in ok. Lovely property. Everything new and clean and they upgraded us for free. Had a wonderful stay.

The hotel staff is very welcoming, friendly & efficient. Check in and out were very fast. The room was very modern, comfortable and really spotless clean. Also, we ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent. I do recommend this hotel, the price/quality ratio is unbeatable!

The suite is really big and modern, but room doesn't have telephone, compare with price, the room is good but not good for business trip
