This hotel is very clean, quiet at night time so we were able to rest and sleep well!! The service is really good!! I recommend it!!

What a cool boutique hotel in Pátzcuaro. Very quiet but really close to everything, our room was very clean, the bathrooms were modern while the rest of the property exuded Colonial Mexican charm. Pátzcuaro is a Pueblo Mágico city and we wanted to experience the true culture of this beautiful country.

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel, I absolutely love this hotel. It’s situated in a perfect location (within walking distance to the plazas, shops, restaurants and Santuario) the hotel is beautiful and rooms are pretty quiet as the hotel is situated in a bz street. The beds are comfortable and so are the pillows. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Comforter was old, Toilet seat was loose need to clean shower with Clorox as the grout was yellow and dirty. The location is perfect and gorgeous patios.

Nice convient spot

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and terraces are beautifully decorated. I liked that the room has a small heather because it got chilly sometimes. We stayed in room 7 which is very quiet except on school days!! There is an elementary school right behind it and the noise starts sometime around 7:00am. Some toiletries and coffee and tea were not replaced every day and we would have to ask for them. The fridge didn’t work. I would go back to this hotel

Clean and friendly staff.

Right in the center, so very good location. Still very quiet, so no sounds whatsoever from the outside. However, the hotel does not have its own restaurant or bar, so the VIP treatment could not be fulfilled.
