Nice place, but my AC is off at 4 AM, and. No one to help us about that, water in shower room so little.

Mungkin dulunya bagus namun sayang, tempatnya sudah tidak diperhatikan padahal dari daerah sangat strategis, namun interior dan pool nya tidak dimanage dengan baik, di kamar ada tokek dong 😅

Kamer mandinya tidak terlalu bersih, kolam renang juga kotor berdebu, kursi outdoornya juga agak kotor, dan air panas di bathtub tidak nyala, villa nya masuk gang agak sempit dan gak ada tulisan yang mencolok dari luar gang

Nyaman, bersih, staff-nya juga ramah, hanya kurang di pencahayaan dan lampu kolam renangnya mati.

I stayed here for 3 days. the pool lights didn't work. so I couldn't swim at night, had reported the issue to the receptionist but they said "the engineer was unavailable to fix it". so for 3 nights long, the pool remained dark with no lights at all. second problem, the aircon was water leaking, neither fixed for 3 days. the rest were great.

Overall okay.. will back soon!

The place fits the photo ... the location is really good. Cleaning staff every day. Cold ac and good hot water. Puasss

all I can say is just awesome ❤️
