The rooms are quite small. No closet and limited shelf space drawers, making unpacking the luggage next to impossible. Everything is otherwise functional. Ideal for travelers with minimal luggage and shorter stay. Our room has an independent wall mounted AC unit and adjustable thermostat. However no matter how low we set it, the room tended to be too warm. This is a major con for us as we prefer a cooler room especially during sleep time. We really enjoy the use of a lounge area located on its fifth floor. In this lounge, guests have free access to tea and coffee (special machines) ,juices, water and ice. There are also cookies and fruits. A microwave is available for guests to heat their foods.

Love the location, the fifth floor all day free snack, fruits and drink hangout area. Love the energy conservation approach. Be nice if the air conditioning is cooler.

Room was very tiny — no room to open suitcase other than on bed — but clean and in a great location. Staff were very helpful and held luggage until our departure on checkout day.

The location is great - very accessible to the rest of the city. It is a quaint little hotel, not over the top or gaudy. The room had a small juliet balcony which we kept open most of the time because they do pump a lot of scent into the rooms. The biggest issue is that there is a fire alarm directly over the bed that flashes a white light every 5 seconds all night long. I am not being dramatic when I tell you that you saw every flash even through closed eye lids. It kept both of us up all night.

The room was clean. Our room overlooked a main walking road but was still very quiet inside. They also have a good deal on parking at a nearby parking garage. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel it self is in the excellent place, Everything is near by ,the train the buses ,the staff people are very courteous and respectful;they will help in everything you need or concerns, the rooms and hallways always clean,and top floor you have ,cookies, fresh fruits, coffee machine,etc... and this a complementary of the hotel,we really recommend this place for your vacations, we will book the hotel for future stays, Thanks B&B hotel
