the location is perfect. walking over to the private beach was excellent. the service in the hotel, at the beach area and all around was exceptional. the breakfast in the morning was absolutely spectacular. the location is in easy walking distance, lakeside, to many shops and restaurants. really couldn't have been better.

The best hotel I have stayed in a looooong time! The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautiful, great location , we were greeted with a glass prosecco and our laguage was taken to the reception. I highly recommend this hotel , also great breakfast! And a nice bar to sit in the evening when it rains outside.......we will definitly be back!

Lovely clean, comfortable room with good shower and plenty wardrobe space. Great selection for breakfast and helpful friendly staff. 10 minute walk by the lake to restaurants, shops. Would definitely stay again.

Very central hotel

Just a quick stroll away from the many restaurants and shops in Bardolino, this place was a perfect choice. Our room was very spacious, modern and clean and had a great view of the lake. We were greeted with a glass of prosecco and the service was excellent our entire stay. The breakfast was great too! Don't hesitate to stay here!

Location of Hotel Kriss is perfect, on the lake front and only a 5 minute walk into the center of Bardolino. Staff were very friendly & helpful which made our stay very pleasant.

Unfortunately it poured rain all day so we stayed in and watched tv all day.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Hotel Kriss. Our room was clean and comfortable and we slept really well. The hotel is in a fantastic location; a very short walk into Bardolino centre but also walkable to Garda or Cisarno. The hotel beach and sun beds are perfect for sunbathing and enjoying swimming in the lake. We really enjoyed using the hotel paddle boards too! Breakfast was a real highlight. There was so much choice and it was absolutely delicious! Especially the egg station where you could choose how you’d like your eggs cooked freshly for you. The staff are all wonderful, super friendly and helpful. We loved our holiday and will certainly be back!

Great hotel

This is our second visit, we loved it. Great location, away from the busy town area but close enough to walk to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of items to choose from.

Great location and super helpful staff

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very pleasant and so helpful, particularly Matteo on reception - nothing was too much trouble for him as I had a few issues organising my journey home. Super location.Breakfast excellent. My only issue was the people next doorwho were very noisy, but there was not a lot to be done about that. Would definitely stay again and recommend. I was a solo traveller so the ambience and helpfulness of the staff was very important to me. Thank you so much.

Nice hotel within 10 minutes walk to Bardolino

Awesome location, friendly staff, very clean!

When I arrived, the receptionist was not there. When she did appear, she was rude and unhelpful in educating me about breakfast, internet access, breakfast, etc. She took my passport and was told to go to my room and come back in 10 minutes to retrieve my passport It go better from there. The hotel is across the street from the lake and had a great balcony view. The breakfast was varied and good. The room was a decent size. I didn't like the fact that a guest had to pay a daily rate for the safe....shouldn't be the case in a four star. There was also no coffee maker in the room, also unusual for a 4 star. I think because the location is very good, the hotel thinks they can skip these 2 amenities. The walk to the bus stop is about 10-15 walk.
