Very old facility, extremely noisy

Everything was nice

Staff are excellent ambassadors for the hotel, they were willing , helpful and always had a smile. Nothing was too much for them, going above and beyond from check in, car parking and breakfast . We couldn’t fault the service. Downside is the hotel is dated , not as clean as it could be and sadly one of the rooms had a stench of cigarettes which was ingrained. We asked for a room change however none were available. It’s clearly the staff that make this hotel a success. Owners should consider investing in a renovation and some no smoking rooms to make it wholly complete

Every thing was excellent

Totally unexpected from the get go in every (positive) aspect! From the initial contact with staff everything went smooth and easy. Incredibly helpful staff ( Thank you so much Mr. Emrah Saracoglu!) who is truly happy to make your stay in hotel and city of Adana experience to remember. This hotel is on par ( if not better) with huge hotel chains located nearby. Super rich buffet breakfast even for demanding people like me ( I am vegan). Room was more than spacious ( much more than hotel of this rating) and there was no any scent of tobacco. Just amazaing experience staying in Cukurova park. And yes covered valet parking is free. Thank you to the staff for making beautiful time I spent in Adana even better.

Excellent in all way

It was nice

Overall I wasn't expecting these conditions. I used to stay at this hotel (5 years ago) and had no problems. But this time I was disappointed. The room was not clean for my standards and had a heavy humid smell. Probably because of old air condition filter.

Very good and spacious room. The room is clean with a city view. Very good AC system. Very helpful and friendly staff.
