Excellent staff - super friendly and helpful

A very nice place to stay when you have been driving all day.

Beds were uncomfortable, very hard

Easy to locate, park, check-in. Staff was professional and courteous at all times.

Everything was so nice and clean. And the welcome sign on the TV was awesome.

Was surprised that the charge for the room went to my credit card the night that I check in was more that the bill on check out. Also, the bill for check out had the wrong address. The desk clerk was not much help in resolving.

The Hilton Garden Inn is clean, quiet, professional and the perfect place to stop for a good rest, food and fuel (though Shell's is in a temporary process of replacing its tanks) in my frequent travels between Northern Va and Central TN. 2 mins to I-81.

Nice place

Nice quick place to stop to stay the night. Very clean. Buffet breakfast that we purchased through Expedia was cheaper than waiting until we arrived at the hotel. The waitress at breakfast was attentive and quick!
