I stayed for 2 days, on the second day there was an event at the hotel and the parking lot was full but the security guard was unresponsive, only answering that the parking lot was full while I was a hotel guest. And it seemed like there were no rules in the lobby, the event guests who were sitting or even lying down in the lobby were very full, I don't know whether they were waiting or what, but until the evening I even saw some people bringing blankets but in the lobby🤷‍♂️ I also saw that it seemed like the management was new and the only thing that was renovated was the lobby, but the hallway towards the room the AC was not on and the hallway carpet was very dusty, the stairs were also turned off at night so it felt very scary and outdated. The water in the room was also very small

The service and facilities are okay, but if only the room had a pillow.

The place is small but quite good. The food is a bit too ordinary. Very standard hotel fare. Except the fried egg and omelet are delicious.

The hotel is old but has new management. There are no refrigerators in the rooms. The breakfast is like a 2- or 3-star hotel, but there isn't much variety. Well, you get what you pay for.

Good service and good location

The hotel recently changed management, but it doesn't seem to have been properly renovated. It's quiet, so it's a bit creepy for a woman alone. The room is also a bit dirty. Hair is everywhere in the bathroom, and the towels are a dull brown and smelly. It's not recommended at this price. Hopefully, with the change in management, they'll at least close down for a while to renovate and make it more comfortable to stay in.

Next time I'll stay here again, it's just a shame the swimming pool is small

OK, I've been a regular near my parents' house, safe and comfortable, very best

The service and food are top 5. The breakfast menu is also complete, including herbal drinks. The kids loved playing in the pool. If there's a promotion next time, I'd stay here again. I got it for around 200 plus breakfast. The only problem is that the bathroom often has stagnant water, probably because it's undergoing a lot of renovations due to the change in management. There's no doormat, so it's muddy. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

I've stayed here several times, and it's always comfortable. For that price, you get breakfast, you can swim, and the location is also very close to Lippo Karawaci.

Lacks fragrance, hotel area is hot. Pool area is full of trash. Hotel carpet is quite dusty.

The lighting in the hotel corridors needs to be increased, everything else is pretty good.

The room is comfortable for the cheap price, but the hallway carpet is dirty. The hotel breakfast has quite a lot of variety and tastes good. The swimming pool is okay. Good luck with the Yasmin Hotel. Thank you for your stay. Hopefully you can come back again.
