From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt comfortable and elegant, perfect for a staycation or business trip. The room was also comfortable and clean, and what I loved most was the bathroom—it looked neat, modern, and comfortable to use. Ambience/Facilities: The atmosphere is fancy but still feels cozy. The room amenities are quite complete and clean, especially the bathroom, which I found to be one of my favorite parts of the stay. Food: The food choices are quite varied and delicious. Perfect for a relaxing breakfast before starting your day. Staff Assistance: The hotel staff was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. From check-in to throughout your stay, the service was friendly and professional. Breakfast and the hotel atmosphere were okay. We just regretted that we initially booked the hotel via the app, but when we arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon, approaching sunset, we couldn't add an extra bed to our room. We weren't given a solution (we never knew the room wouldn't allow an extra bed). Basically, we were told to double the price 🙊 (we already argued). Even though we booked a non-smoking room, it turned out the room smelled of cigarettes. We were tired from the trip from Surabaya and wanted to rest, so we slept with masks. It was really uncomfortable. Luckily, it was only for one night.
