Ginger at the front dest was very friendly and welcoming. She is a great person to have as a first interaction when arriving. Our bathroom had a couple hairs, so I just cleaned it because it was late when we arrived and didnt want to mess with changing rooms. (Which I typically do anyways) I did look over everything else and it was clean. Maybe the cleaner had an off day. LOVED the water pressure! Bed is not the most comfortable thing, but we've slept in worse. Breakfast was decent. eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, and all the other normal items. The hotel itself was nice, clean, and felt safe. Easy access right off the interstate. Overall, we'd probably stay again.

The lady at the hotel counter was very courteous and efficient. She told me what amenities were available in the area and was just all around kind. Great customer service. There were plenty of options for breakfast and the area seemed safe. Would stay here again.

The place was quiet, the breakfast was good. The lady taking care of the kitchen was very nice! No complaints.

Check in person was very friendly and also the woman in charge of the breakfast area. Property was clean and undergoing some renovations. It is pretty much what we expected for a stay that would not break the bank during Derby weekend.

Staff was very friendly! Hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, activities and 15 mins away from the airport. Basic room that was a little dirty and the chair had a stain and needs an update but the beds were spotless! Hotel looks like it needs a refresh. I would stay here again even with the little issues!

Plenty of open parking, decent breakfast though honestly I didn’t eat because I left early but it seemed like a good offering. The room was fine, plenty of space with a small bathroom, carpets could have been vacuumed but it was fine. The worst part of my stay was the bed. The bed looked so clean and fresh I was excited to sleep, but it had the worst mattress ever, hard as a rock and you could feel the worm out springs. The pillows were also 2x2 and you needed 48 just to prop your head up.
